As an important boost to social and economic development,private enterprises are self-evident.The development of private enterprises is inseparable from the injection of fresh blood.Therefore,how to deal with the challenges brought by the new ideas and new values of the employees after the90 s has become a problem that cannot be ignored.This paper explores the characteristics of professional values of graduates from colleges and universities after 90 years with the help of college students' professional values measurement scale,and further analyzes the organizational attractive structure of private enterprises to post-90 college graduates based on the characteristics of the graduated students' professional values after 90 years.Dimensions,in order to provide recommendations for private enterprises to absorb the work of post-90 college graduates.With the help of statistical software such as EXCEL2016,SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0,this paper analyzes and verifies the data,and finally draws the following conclusions: After 90,the professional values of college graduates are significantly different from those of the predecessors.The emphasis on high-level needs such as respect and self-realization is relatively high;after 90 s,the professional values of college graduates have different degrees of differences in terms of gender,education,current residence,annual household income,and family income;The organizational attractiveness of private enterprises to post-90 college graduates consists of five dimensions.According to the relativeimportance of each dimension,they are: psychological needs,self-growth,enterprise development,environmental atmosphere,and basic needs.According to this article,from the recognition of employee value,enhance the satisfaction of employees' psychological needs;establish a people-oriented development concept,enhance the concern for employees' self-development;actively cater to the development needs of the society,optimize the internal management;actively understand and cater to 90 Post-college graduates' professional values and characteristics are managed in four aspects according to local conditions,and relevant management suggestions are proposed for the talents of private enterprises.
