Research On Professional Values Education Of Private College Students

As an important part of college students' values,college students' professional values play a decisive role in their career choice,but are affected by various factors.Among college students,private colleges account for nearly 23%,and their professional values show a certain uniqueness.Moreover,private colleges have some prominent problems in the process of carrying out the education of college students' professional values.Therefore,it is a necessary task for the ideological and political education of private colleges to fully understand the vocational values of private colleges and the current situation of their education,to find problems and deficiencies,and to optimize the path of professional values education of private colleges.In order to have an in-depth understanding of the professional values and education status of private colleges,questionnaires were conducted among some college students from 13 colleges and universities in 9 provinces and cities,and some teachers were interviewed.On this basis,relevant concepts were sorted out,existing problems were analyzed,and the path of education was discussed.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of college students' professional values and their education in private colleges,and expounds the significance of carrying out vocational values education in private colleges.Secondly,analyze the current situation of the private college students' professional values.Private colleges students' vocational cognition is active but their level is limited.Their vocational ideals are diversified but lack lofty ideals.Professional ethics deviate to a certain extent and moral practice is insufficient.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems and causes of professional value education in private colleges.Professional values education run by the local college students lack of systemic and specific content,form a lack of appeal and effectiveness,professional values education actual effect,the main reason is that private colleges not enough emphasis on professional values education,understanding of its existence erroneous zone,and education team is uneven,practical professional values education from students.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the vocational value education of private colleges and universities from four aspects: educational principles,educational contents,educational approaches and guarantee mechanism.Be clear with the orientation of socialist core values,the overall education combined with stratified education,the principle of combining theory with practice education,improve the cognitive education,as a professional vocational ideal education,choice of professional ethics education and professional education content system as the main content,through classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,group counseling and individual counseling four ways to enrich education way,at the same time,it is necessary to highlight the core leadership of the party committee in private colleges,build a contingent of high-quality teachers,and provide adequate material support...
