Objective: To explore the correlation between different physical quality indicators and different cognitive function parameters,based on the predecessors' original knowledge about improving physical quality,and provide theoretical basis and guidance for the targeted development of brain exercise prescriptions to reference.Methods: 204 students from the Qianfoshan Campus of Shandong Normal University were randomly selected as subjects.The physical and mental parameters and cognitive function parameters of the subjects were simultaneously evaluated by the Ai-Physical Monitoring Machine and the NDI-092 EMG evoked potential meter and the word-color Stroop test system.Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the correlation between the individuals,and factor analysis was performed on the highly relevant physical quality indicators.Physical fitness indicators include height,weight,body composition,choice response time,grip strength,vertical jump,push-ups(boys)/ sit-ups(girls),sitting body flexion,closed eyes,one foot standing,lung capacity,blood pressure,step test 13 indicators.Criteria test indicators: STROOP test response time and correct rate,event-related potential ERP P300(Fz,Cz,Pz points)amplitude,latency,reaction time and accuracy.Results:(1)Correlation analysis between male physical fitness index and cognitive function parameters showed that there was a significant correlation between STROOP reaction and vertical jump height(P=0.0095,<0.01),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation is Y=576.930+9.656X(when Y is STROOP reaction,X is vertical jump).There was a significant correlation between Fz amplitude and sitting body flexion score(P=0.000,<0.01),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=388.622-2.891X(Y is Fz amplitude,X is sitting position).Forward flexion).There is a significant correlation between Cz amplitude and BMI(P=0.007,<0.01),and there is a positive correlation.The regression equationis Y=-6.345+0.667X(Y is Cz amplitude,X is BMI);There was a significant correlation between grip strength(P=0.019,<0.05),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation was Y=-1.879+0.219X(Y is the Cz amplitude and X is the grip strength).There was a significant correlation between the Cz latency and the selected reaction time(P=0.001,<0.01),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation was Y=222.20+252.401X(Y is the Cz latency and X is the selective reaction time.).There was a significant relationship between Pz amplitude and vital capacity(P=0.003,<0.01),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation was Y=-1.554+0.002X(Y is the Pz amplitude and X is the vital capacity).There was a significant relationship between Pz latency and grip strength(P=0.005,<0.01),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=418.786-2.023X(Y is Pz latency,X is grip strength);and vital capacity value There was a significant correlation between the two(P=0.027,<0.05),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=384.688-0.015X(Y is the Pz latency,X is the vital capacity);There was a significant correlation(P=0.000,<0.01),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation was Y=166.997+369.654X(Y is the Pz latency and X is the selective reaction).There was a significant correlation between the P300 reaction and the grip strength(P=0.028,<0.05),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=489.081-2.055X(Y is the Fz reaction,X is the grip force).There is a very significant correlation between the values of the selected reaction(P=0.000,<0.01),and there is a positive correlation.The regression equation is Y=185.462+494.401X(Y is the Pz latency and X is the selective reaction time)).Further analysis of the physical quality indicators with significant correlations with cognitive function parameters was carried out.The results of factor analysis showed that the grip force was 0.684 in1 factor;the vertical jump load was 0.604,and the sitting body flexion load was 0.597;BMI has a loading of 0.860 in the second factor and a vital capacity of 0.684.(2)Through the correlation analysis between female physical fitness index and cognitive function parameters,there is a significant correlation between the correct rate of STROOP response and the vital capacity value(P=0.036,<0.05),there is a positive correlation,regression The equation is Y=0.968+0.00000689X(Y is the correct rate of STROOP reaction,X is the vital capacity);there is a significant correlation between the performance of standing eyes and one foot(P=0.011,<0.05),and there is a positive correlation.The regression equation is Y=0.985+0.0001X(Y is the correct rate of STROOP reaction,and X is one eye with one eye closed).There was a significant correlation between Pz amplitude and vital capacity(P=0.028,<0.05),and there was a positive correlation.The regression equation was Y=0.539+0.002X(Y is the Pz amplitude and X is the vital capacity).There was a significant correlation between Pz latency and BMI(P=0.029,<0.05),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=375.902-3.126X(Y is Pz latency and X is BMI).There was a significant relationship between P300 reaction time and BMI(P=0.028,<0.05),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=530.614-5.726X(Y is Fz reaction time,X is BMI)There was a significant correlation between the values of vital capacity(P=0.007,<0.01),and there was a negative correlation.The regression equation was Y=533.779-0.037X(Y is the Fz reaction,X is the lung capacity).Further analysis of the physical quality indicators with significant correlations with cognitive function parameters was carried out.The results of factor analysis showed that the load of the closed-eye one foot standing in the first factor was 0.921;the load of the vital capacity in the first factor was 0.689;BMI has a loading of 0.936 in the second factor.Conclusions:(1)The physical quality indicators with high correlation with cognitive function parameters in males are mainly grip strength,vertical jump,sitting body flexion and BMI and vital capacity.Among the females,the physical quality indicators with high correlation with cognitive function parameters are mainly closed eyes,one foot standing,vital capacity and BMI.(2)The results of this paper further support the previous views of the aerobic fitness hypothesis and BMI indicators;not only that,but the results also show that male strength(grip,vertical jump)and flexibility(sitting body flexion),female balance Ability is also highly correlated with cognitive function parameters.
