Objective:This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and physical fitness test on the physical condition and behavioral cognition ability of the elderly over 70 years old,analyzes the physical characteristics and trends of the elderly,and provides a reference for the healthy exercise of the elderly.Methods:Using the stratified cluster sampling method,select Yancheng City Fuxing Community,Fudong Community,Cannan Community,and Kanbei Community,and draw 250 senior citizens over 70 years old.Fill in the physique health questionnaire and physical exercise level test with the help of staff.The scale was used to investigate the cognitive function of the elderly in the MMSE scale.A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 238 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 95.2%.Among the respondents,180 testers who met the test requirements were selected and divided into 70-74 years old group,75-79 year old group,80-84 year old group and 85 years old group,90 male and female,the effective rate was 75.6.%.According to the measurement method of the“Health Fitness Fitness Measurement Form,for senior citizens over 70 years old,the data input and statistics were completed by using spssl7.0 software.The measurement data was expressed by x±s,and the difference was compared by t test or analysis of variance,p<0.05 as the test level.Result:(1)Body composition:The mean values of BMI,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio were not obvious in the elderly of different age groups.There was a significant difference in the waist-to-height ratio between women and age(p<0.05).In terms of gender,women were in BMI,waist circumference and waist.The hip ratio is lower than that of men,and the waist-to-height ratio is higher than that of men.(2)Flexibility:the back of the hands and the frontal flexion of the seat body decreased with age,there was a significant difference between the age groups(p<0.05);in terms of gender,the 70-74,75-79 years old group had a low level of flexibility.In women,there was no significant difference in gender between the age group of 80 years and older.(3)Muscle strength and muscle endurance measurement:There were significant differences in the grip strength and 30 seconds of upper arm dumbbell curl in different age groups(p<0.05),and the muscle strength showed a downward trend.There was no significant difference between the 30-second sitting test age group.In terms of gender,female muscle strength was lower than that of males(p<0.05).In terms of muscular endurance,males had a large decline in upper?arm dumbbell curls for 30 seconds,and women had little difference.(4)Cardiopulmonary endurance measurement:There were significant differences in lung capacity and 2 min in the elderly in different age groups(p<0.05).In terms of gender,women's lung capacity was lower than that in men(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 2 min.(5)Measurement of balance ability:The age-adjusted ability of elderly people decreased significantly with age,and there was a significant difference between age groups(p<0.01).In terms of gender,men needed less time to complete than women.(6)Orientation:With age,the orientation force showed a downward trend,and the location orientation force was different(p<0.05);in terms of gender,men were better than women.(7)Memory:The memory of the elderly in different age groups decreased with age,and the difference in delayed memory was very significant(p<0.01).The scores in the 80-year-old group and above were lower.In terms of gender,women were better than men.(8)Attention and Computational Power:As the age decreased,the attention and computational power of women decreased greatly,there was a significant difference(p<0.05),and there was no significant change in males.(9)Language:The score level decreased slightly with age;in terms of gender,women were lower than men and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(10)Visual space:Spatial power decreased with the increase of age,and the scores of 80 years old and above were lower.In terms of gender,men were better than women,and women had significant differences in visual space(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The behavioral cognitive function of the elderly has different degrees of decline,but the damage is not equal.The damage of time orientation,delayed memory,attention and computational power,and visual spatial cognition are more prominent;the physical fitness of the elderly appears.Recession,but the damage is not equal,with grip strength,30 seconds dumbbell curling,lung capacity,2min in place,seat lift 2.44m comer damage is more common.(2)There were significant differences in behavioral cognitive function among the elderly with different genders.In terms of physical fitness,women were superior to men in terms of flexibility and balance,and the other indicators were lower than men.(3)The behavioral cognitive function of the elderly was positively correlated with the physical condition.Except that the cognitive function was low in the waist-to-hip ratio,waist-to-height ratio and flexibility,the other behavioral cognitive functions were significantly correlated with the physical status.(4)Different development mechanisms of different dimensions have different effects on the cognitive function and physical status of the elderly.
