Experimental Research On Decomposition Training Method In Badminton High Distance

Objective: In order to better serve the activities of the public badminton sports and strive to improve the technical level of the high-balls of badminton amateurs in China,the author formulates scientific and efficient badminton teaching according to the characteristics of badminton sports and combined with their own specialties.The method further improves the teaching efficiency of badminton high-altitude ball in the basic stage,and promotes the popularization and promotion of badminton sports in our society to a certain extent.Methods: Using the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method,the same badminton high-altitude teaching content was performed on the two groups of experimental subjects,but different teaching methods were adopted to compare the visually visible strokes before and after teaching.The height and distance of badminton,the state of the body's main muscle involvement,the integral electromyogram,the order of each muscle's force,and the questionnaires before and after the teaching object,explore the connection between them,and summarize the most efficient teaching method.RESULTS: One month after the experiment,the scores of the students in Group A hitting the high-altitude ball in the field were faster in the number of good and passing,which was far superior to the experimental group B;in the second month of the experiment,two there was no difference in the scores of good,passing and failing in the group's high-altitude scores.The three test scores were basically the same.Before the experiment,the subjects involved in the high-altitude ball attack were mainly involved in the order of muscle activation: deltoid muscle ? obliquus externus abdominis muscle ? pectoralis major muscle ? latissimus dorsi ?biceps brachii muscle,brachioradialis muscle,at the time of activation.There is no difference in the above.One month after the experiment,the order of activation of the muscles of the two groups of subjects remained unchanged,but the experimental group A students had earlier activation times in the pectoralis major,latissimus dorsi,biceps,and brachioradialis muscles.A few muscles work harder earlier.In the second month after the end of the experiment,there was no difference in the activation time of each muscle of the two groups of students,and the activation time and activation sequence were basically the same.One month after the experiment,the integral EMG of the experimental group A participated in the muscle growth faster,and the integrated EMG was also higher than the experimental B group;in the second month after the end of the experiment,the muscles of the two groups were increased to a certain value,and there was no difference between the two groups of subjects.In the interest of learning badminton;after the experiment,the students in Group A were still very interested in badminton learning;while only 18.75% of students in Group B were very interested in learning badminton,the other students appeared in badminton.The phenomenon of falling interest.In terms of confidence in mastering badminton skills,after the experiment,all 16 students in the experimental group A expressed their confidence in mastering the badminton skills,while the number of students in the experimental group B who were very confident in mastering the badminton skills was reduced to four.Some students have experienced a decline in confidence in mastering badminton skills.In the degree of satisfaction with the teaching methods of the teachers,all the students in the experimental group A expressed their satisfaction with the teaching of the teachers;while only 37.5% of the students in the experimental group B were very satisfied with the teaching methods of the teachers,while the other students expressedgeneral satisfaction and dissatisfaction.Before and after the experiment,the number of male and female learners hitting the forehand high ball was basically the same in terms of good,qualified and unqualified,and there was no significant difference.Before the experiment,the integral EMG values of the boys' deltoid,brachioradialis and biceps brachii were significantly higher than those of the girls,while the girls' obliquus externus abdominis were higher than the boys.There was no difference in the integral myoelectric values between the pectoralis major and the latissimus dorsi.After the experiment,the integral electromyography value of the obliquus externus abdominis and latissimus dorsi of the female was higher than that of the male,and the integral EMG of the other four muscles was lower than that of the male.Before and after the experiment,the newly activated muscles of the girls were the obliquus externus abdominis muscles,while the male deltoid muscles were first activated.There was no significant difference in the activation time of the other muscles,which was basically the same.Conclusion: In the adult amateur primary badminton high-altitude teaching,the reverse decomposition training method improves the students' interest and self-confidence,so that they can master the core movement of the high-altitude technology faster than the Shunjin decomposition training method.The effect is more obvious,and it is more suitable for amateurs' high-altitude technical movement learning.
