To complete teaching method for badminton lofty goals and pick the ball as the research object, the teaching effect of the independent recruitment of students aged 13 to 14 stage 30 students as experimental object, the experiment research, come to a complete teaching method and decomposition of badminton lofty ball and teaching effect, provide feasible Suggestions for this age paragraph the juvenile badminton teaching and basis. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interview, teaching experiment and video analysis. The software SPSS 27.0 was used for data processing to find out and analyze the influence of the integrated teaching method and the decomposition teaching method on the badminton teaching of students aged 13-14,so as to put forward feasible Suggestions and guidance.Research results:1.Both the experimental group and the control group had significant effects on the high and long shots of badminton. To the control group and experimental group high ball performance, technical evaluation scores and grade for independent samples T test, the result is: the experimental group score high ball training evaluation scores of 7.52,7.73,technology overall score is 7.63,the control group were 7.4 score the ball training, technical evaluation result, the overall score of 7.2,6.95 and P < 0.05,there are significant differences between two groups, the achievement of the experimental group was better than the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the results when the pick technique was P>0.05.2.Independent sample T test was conducted on the high ball and the pick ball scores of the experimental group and the control group respectively, and the results were as follows: the scores of the experimental group were 7.63 and 7.75 respectively; The scores of 7.2 and 7.7 in the control group were both higher than those of the high ball.Research conclusions:1.For teenagers aged between 13 and 14,the integrated teaching method is more suitable than the decomposition teaching method for students of this age group to master the high ball technique and make full use of the body's integrity and coordination.2.There is no significant difference in the effect of the two teaching methods in the height, distance and integrity of the basic badminton picking skills. The two teaching methods can enable students to fully master the picking skills.3.In terms of the students' ability to master the height and distance of the badminton high ball, the students' ability to master the distance is better than the height. Therefore,in the daily teaching process, attention should be paid to the position of students' hitting points and the cultivation of their consciousness to grab the high point.4.The height effect is better than the distance effect for the students' proficiency in the height and distance of badminton picking. In the teaching process, pay more attention to what the students send forward, and don't worry about the wrist, leading to the high but not far.5.In terms of the sequence of badminton skills, the forearm pronation generating and generating technology is better than the forearm pronation receiving and sending force. Therefore,in the teaching process, proper arrangement of the teaching sequence of the two technologies is conducive to improving students' learning enthusiasm and sense of achievement.
