Study On The Development Countermeasures Of The Characteristic Town Of Sports And Leisure Under The Embeddedness Theory

The sports industry,which has risen to a national strategic position,began to develop rapidly under the impetus of market and demand.As a new sports industry,the characteristic town of sports and leisure promotes the economic growth of sports consumption,provides a new idea for the supply-side reform,and practices the integrated development path of sports industry.With sports as the core,the characteristic town of sports and leisure integrates sports and leisure,culture,medical treatment,tourism and other elements to promote and implement the sports industry of National fitness and Health China.The construction of the characteristic towns of sports and leisure meets the people's urgent consumption needs and is of great significance to the targeted poverty alleviation and urbanization process.The characteristic town of sports and leisure is in the initial stage of development and faces many challenges in the following general trend of industry integration.In this paper,the characteristic town of sports and leisure in Shanghai is taken as the research object,and the characteristic development of the town is studied by using the embeddedness theory.The origin,connotation,characteristics and characteristic expression of embeddedness are sorted out.The study adapts case analysis method,field investigation method,literature data method,Delphi method and questionnaire method.The research contents include:(1)The development status of the characteristic towns of sports and leisure in Shanghai;(2)Problems in the development of the characteristic towns of sports and leisure in Shanghai;(3)Based on the classification of embeddability theory,this paper analyzes the reasons why the characteristic towns of sports and leisure face difficulties from the four dimensions of politics,culture,structure and cognition respectively.(4)Take the development of Chamonix Town as a classic case to get the enlightenment from the experience of developing a small town with the characteristic towns of sports and leisure in Shanghai;(5)In view of the problems in development,put forward suggestions to solve the dilemma.The study finds that the characteristic town of sports and leisure of Shanghai develops rapidly under the background of national fitness,and dominates the sports industry and carries out industrial integration.However,it is found that thecharacteristic town of sports and leisure features are faced with development difficulties.Sports and leisure characteristic small town characteristic industry is not outstanding;Lack of unique cultural atmosphere in the characteristic town of sports and leisure;Sports and leisure characteristic town business model is similar.The reaspn reasons of the predicament are analyzed by using the embeddedness theory: imperfect policies and regulations and public organization system;The industrial structure is not perfect and lacks innovation;Insufficient cultural development and weak atmosphere construction;Lack of competitive operational management consciousness.The solutions to the dilemma of sports and leisure characteristic towns in Shanghai are as follows: 1.Second,highlighting the characteristics of the industry,clear differentiation positioning;Third,infuse cultural deposits and establish cultural characteristics;Fourth,innovate business models and enhance core competitiveness.
