Investigation On Physical Modeling Ability Of Senior High School Students And Its Cultivation Strategy

Physical model is an important part of high school physics.Students' modeling ability directly affects the students' mastery and application of physics knowledge.This paper investigates and studies the modeling ability of senior high school students,and classifies the physical models of senior high school students.Using the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation,the corresponding cultivation strategies were put forward according to the characteristics of each kind of models.Firstly,based on the research status of physical model,this paper divides the physical model into four categories: physical model,state model,conditional model and process model,according to the characteristics of senior high school physics and the characteristics of thinking development of senior high school students.And the knowledge in the five parts of senior high school physics The recognition points are divided into four types of models.Secondly,after reading a large number of literatures and analyzing the data of the questionnaire,this paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings that may exist in the construction and application of physical models in senior high school students.In view of these problems and shortcomings,combined with the characteristics of the four types of models,this paper puts forward a strategy to train senior high school students to construct four types of physical models and the application of physical models.Finally,combining the theory with the practical teaching,taking the new course teaching of the process model "Free falling body Movement" and the problem solving teaching of the original physics as an example,this paper expounds how to adopt the training strategy of model construction and application in the teaching process.Through the investigation of physics modeling and model application ability of senior high school students,the cultivation strategies of four kinds of physics models are worked out,which provide effective suggestions for improving students' physics learning ability and contribute to the development and research of physics models.
