In recent years,the school bullying happens frequently,which not only brings great harm to students' learning and growth,but also brings negative impact on the school development and the cultural atmosphere.The past researchers have done mass research on the school bullying,but neglected the bullying experience from the perspective of student-centered.Therefore,this paper conducts a tentative empirical research focusing on the bullying experience of junior high school students.In this study,we tack 381 junior high school students in N city of J province as the research objects.From the perspective of phenomenology,the data were collected by means of Text Story Writing and Personal Interviews to explore the instruction of junior high school students' bullying experience,and reveal its educational significance.The study found that the experience of bullying junior high school students is extremely rich.It is embodied in three aspects.Self-perception of the victims,including doubting the existence and value of self,the loss of individual moral judgment,complaining about the unfair of fate and the poverty of family background.Emotional experience of the victims,including the loneliness of being isolated and excluded,the humiliation of public mockery,the helpless about "Bully strangers or cheat strangers" from the old classmates and so on.The attitude and response of the victims,including the strengthen to turn grief into motivation,the wisdom of not caring,the tolerance to the companions,despair and regressive,and the compromise to the bullying behavior etc.Junior high school students' bullying experience has four aspects: the complexity and diversity of the bullying experience,the convertibility,the implicit and the lifelong influence.School students' bullying experience,as an important manifestation of students' spiritual world,contains rich and profound pedagogical significance.It is a channel to understand students and enter their life world.It is an important entry point for emotional education and cultivation of students' emotional and moral qualities.It is also an important course to guide students to experience others and rebuild students' peer relationship.According to the research results,we put forward some thoughts and suggestions on preventing and intervening the school bullying: the victims should break thesilence and resist to the school bullying rationally;the bystanders should change their roles,implement assistance rather than being indifferent;parents should gauge their children' mind,paying attention to their children's experience;teachers should approach students' lives and do a good job in guiding and transforming.
