Teaching is a process of bilateral interaction between teachers and students,and the initiative and subjectivity of students make the teaching situation complex and changeable,which increases the difficulty of the teacher.In the real classroom situation,we expect teachers to be able to intelligently deal with various unexpected situations,and witty to make on-the-spot responses to various situations,which also puts forward higher requirements for teachers,requiring teachers to have a practical wisdom theory on how teachers and students get along-teaching wit.Based on the experience of students,the intelligent inquiry of teaching machine allows teachers to pay more attention to the growth of students while making witty responses,so it also has great research value.This study takes educational phenomenology as the theoretical basis and life experience research as the basic method,pays attention to the real experience of students,interprets students' experience of the teaching wit of primary school mathematics teachers,digs deep into the experience and excavation of problems,aims to explore the problems and reasons for the use of teachers' teaching wit,and puts forward the improvement of teaching wit.The author took the opportunity of internship,through the classroom observation of primary school fifth and sixth grade teachers and the experience writing of students,obtained real research data,and after describing and analyzing the data,came to the conclusion that most of the teachers are in low-level teaching wit,the use of teaching wit is uneven,the negative experience of students is more than positive and negative,and the situation provided by the teacher and the bias of the student experience are biased.It analyzes the problems of teaching wit of primary school mathematics teachers: the concept of teaching wit is vague,the timing of teaching wit is improperly grasped,the use of teaching wit is single,and the use of teaching wit is not good.Also analyzed the reasons for the existence of these problems,that is,insufficient educational love,lack of educational sensitivity,loss of educational opportunities,weak professional quality,superficial educational reflection,etc.,finally,the author based on improving the teaching wit of teachers also put forward their own thinking,at the theoretical level to maintain the attitude of educational phenomenology,with educational love,enhance the sensitivity of education,good at seizing the opportunity of education,the formation of educational reflection;at the practical level,you can use words,silence,eyes,actions,role models,etc.to reconcile teaching wit.
