Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Yizheng Sports Town In Jiangsu Province

According to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,during which the focus is on changing the pattern of development,optimizing the economic mix and transforming the growth drivers.As a kind of green and health industry,sports industry has become one of the solutions of"transforming the driving force and adjusting the structure".The construction of towns and sports towns with dinstinct characteristics has been highly valued by the central government and local governments at all levels and has received wide attention from all sectors of society.Characteristic town is not an administrative system nor a non-traditional industrial park,but a spatial platform with new ideas and new connotations in industrial orientation,cultural connotation,tourism characteristics and social governance.The characteristic sports town meets the public's demand for healthy and leisure lifestyle.It is not only the key content for China to implement the supply-sidereform and achieve high-quality development,but also the key measure for China to promote the construction of new urbanization.In August 2017,the State General Administration of Sport announced the first batch of pilot lists of 96 sports and leisure towns with distinctive features,and Jiangsu Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town is one of the four selected projects in Jiangsu province.This is of great significance to Yizheng,an industrial "town" built along the river.Meanwhile,Yizheng successfully held the 10th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition in 2018 and will host the Yangzhou World Horticultural Exposition in 2021.These two grand events not only drive the construction of the city's infrastructure and ecological environment,but also provide a historical opportunity for Yizheng to enter China and the world stage,and bring more vitality and power to the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town.This paper studies the problems and countermeasures in the construction of the sports town of Zaolinwan,Yizheng city,Jiangsu province by using the methods of literatrure,field investigation,case analysis and expert interview.Research contents include:first,the status quo and existing problems in the construction of Jiangsu Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town,including the basic situation,strategic goals and positioning,location advantages and layout,and other deficiencies;Second,based on the analysis of the problems,combined with field investigation and expert interview,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of Jiangsu Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports 1Town.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)In August 2017,Jiangsu Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town was shortlisted in the first batch of 96 sports and leisure characteristic towns pilot projects of the State General Administration of Sport,which is in praise of the cultural foundation,industrial agglomeration and development expectation of the project.At the same time,all parties will be more hopeful to the strategic goals and positioning of Zaolinwan sports town.Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town has different positioning in the planning of the State General Administration of Sport,Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau,Yangzhou city and China sports industry,ranging from becoming an excellent sample for future promotion,a new regional economic growth point,an important attempt for future planning to a milestone for sports town.(2)Tongshan sports town is located in the core area of Zaolinwan EcologicalPark.As the economic function of Zaolinwan Ecological Park in Yizheng city is positioned as a tourist resort,it enjoys certain advantages.To be specific,advantages include regional cultural advantage and brand creation,geographical transportation advantage and industrial layout,historical opportunity advantage and expo integration.(3)Although Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town has a variety of objective conditions conducive to its development,there are still some problems for the project to achieve innovative development in comparison with the successful samples from other regions in China.The main problems are:insufficient supporting facilities around the project,insufficient attraction of the project and low level of regional tourism industry.(4)It is suggested that Yizheng Zaolinwan Sports Town should do a good job in three aspects in its future construction.First,it should establish strategic goals and make clear development positioning,including policy guidance,industry supervision and evaluation system.Second,it should make the most of the geog:raphical advantages,design reasonable industrial layout,optimize the reception environment,improve the service team and increase the tourist experience.Third,it should seize the historical opportunity to create its own brand,highlight the "two-park effect",position the regional benchmark and enhance the brand effect.
