Learning motivation plays an important role in teaching.The lack of learning motivation in middle schools is a common problem faced by many middle schools overseas.Southwest Middle School students in the United States are lazy and disciplined in Chinese elective courses.In order to find out the reasons behind the problems,the motivation of students in the Chinese class of the school was obtained by sending out questionnaires and statistical analysis of the data.Then according to the motivation situation,find out the teaching countermeasures to stimulate and maintain students' motivation to learn Chinese.Finally,it introduces how to integrate teaching strategies into classroom teaching in the form of teaching cases.The significance of the study is that it can not only provide countermeasures to improve the motivation of Chinese learning in the school,but also provide some teaching references for overseas Chinese teaching.The research in this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research purposes,research content,research methods and so on.The second part: introduces the basic situation of Southwest Middle School,and investigates the motivation of Chinese students in the school in the form of questionnaires.The third part: According to the results of the second part of the questionnaire survey,the reason why the school's Chinese learning motivation is not strong is obtained,and as a breakthrough,the corresponding teaching countermeasures are proposed.The fourth part: the conclusion part of this article,the conclusions of this study,the inspiration of this research,and the future research direction.
