Along with the social demand for talents is more and more high, units of employers persons put forward higher expectations of the vocational students’ language comprehensive ability, Chinese curriculum in vocational schools has shouldered under the new period. In practice, however, Chinese class teaching appears dull and tasteless to students, the learning motivation of common student is low."Motivation" theory has always got high attention from education experts, with the deepening of new curriculum reform, how to improve learning motivation from the perspective of to promote the effect of class teaching has caused more and more people’s attention, is committed to the experts and scholars and education the first line of teachers. But based on the background of Chinese in vocational schools, the study on class teaching is relatively rare.As a line of Chinese teachers in a vocational school, the author tries to research through practice, according to the actual situation of class teaching of vocational schools, the initial formation of the vocational student’s Chinese learning motivation enhance frame, experience learning happily, stimulating learning motivation, and promote the improvement of students’ Chinese ability and accomplishment.Strategies to improve students’ learning motivation refer to a series of ways to make the students’ learning needs from potential state to active state which teachers in teaching with. Combined with vocational Chinese curriculum goal in this article, from classroom management, classroom teaching, homework design, and academic evaluation, these four aspects strategies in order to stimulate the learning motivation of vocational students.First explores classroom management, that is, how to create an effective the classroom environment where the secondary vocational student’s learning motivation can be stimulated. Vocational schools’ classrooms is where the students learning and living, is the unity of students socialization and personalization, is the intersection of the education teaching and management. Classroom management should take the student as the standard for quality rather than quantity. A Chinese classroom environment stimulate the vocational students’ learning motivation, should be a safe, orderly and effective.Followed by careful design of heuristic teaching each link, to start the needs of the students, the students learning motivation. The choice of teaching content, the setting of the problem situation and paying attention to student’s academic needs is three effective way s.The third is to design carefully homework assignments. Exercise is to consolidate students’ knowledge and improve the ability.We have to consider the content and form of homework which can influence on student’s learning motivation. The diversity of content and form of homework assignments, can strengthen the students’ learning motivation.Finally, to give proper evaluation to the students’ learning results is very important. How the teacher evaluation results of students’ learning motivation has obvious effect. Proper evaluation can enhance students’ learning motivation, keep learning initiative and enthusiasm.In a word, the students’ classroom learning motivation requires teachers do some targeted strategy to stimulate, can effectively reverse the current situation of vocational Chinese classroom students underpowered. A line in the concrete teaching practice, teachers must be flexible according to the specific circumstances, to student’s reality as a starting point, as far as possible, stimulates students’ learning motivation.
