The teacher's belief is the concept that the teacher himself believes in the historical and cultural background, and the teacher himself believes that it has direct or indirect influence on the educational practice and the physical and mental development of the students. At present, there are not many studies on the belief of primary school mathematics teachers in China, especially in the aspects of evaluation and comparison. This study analyzes the relevant literatures at home and abroad, and clarifies the questionnaires from four dimensions: beliefs about mathematics, beliefs about mathematics teaching, beliefs about mathematics learning, and beliefs about the roles of teachers and students. After the preliminary study of the questionnaire,SPSS software was used for project analysis and factor analysis, and good reliability and validity were obtained. The formal scale surveyed 165 primary school math teachers and interviewed relevant subjects. The differences between different groups were compared in terms of teaching age, professional title, education and gender. The main research is as follows:1.The overall level of belief in primary school mathematics teachers tends to progress.2.Gender does not affect the belief of primary school mathematics teachers.3.The teaching age affects the belief of mathematics teachers in primary schools. The longer the teaching time, the more inclined the belief in mathematics tends to progress, and the belief in mathematics teaching and the belief about the role of teachers and students become more and more negative.4.The grade does not affect the belief of primary school teachers.5.Education background affects the belief about mathematics.Primary school teachers with college education backgrounds have a significantly lower belief in mathematics than teachers with undergraduate and postgraduate backgrounds.6.The background of professional titles affects the belief about mathematics teaching and the roles of teachers and students. The higher the professional title, the more positive the beliefs about mathematics teaching and the role of teachers and students are.7.Teacher beliefs are closely related to teacher growth experience, teacher education and teaching practice.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of the teacher himself, schools and normal education.
