The Chinese Comprehensive Course has always been an important part of the core and main courses in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The Elementary Chinese Comprehensive Course requires students to fully exert their subjective initiative and improve their language application skills on the premise of mastering basic language knowledge.The elementary Chinese comprehensive course is consistent with the teaching philosophy of constructivist learning theory.The constructivist learning theory is different from the traditional learning theory.It attaches importance to the independent construction of knowledge,takes students as the center,advocates the exploration and discovery of students,and the guidance and support of teachers.Combining the constructivist theory with the elementary Chinese comprehensive course to develop the teaching design can further promote the improvement of the teaching of the Comprehensive Chinese as a Foreign Language.Guided by the theoretical views and methods of constructivism,the author combines the teaching practice of the Tha Chang Ratbamroong School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province,Thailand,to teach the design of the elementary Chinese comprehensive course “The kind of women's shoes are good-looking and cheap”.On the basis of summarizing the comprehensive course and the research results of constructivism,this paper clarifies the basic steps of the constructivist teaching design mode and its applicability to the primary Chinese comprehensive course teaching design;According to the statistical results of questionnaires and daily interviews,the starting point level,learning attitude,learning motivation and learning style of the teaching objects are summarized,and the teaching goal setting and the analysis of learner characteristics are completed.Follow constructivist learning theories and teaching principles,set differentsituations and activities to match the teaching themes,and present specific design ideas.Through the practice test,the application effect of constructivism theory in the teaching design and practice of the elementary Chinese comprehensive course is discussed.The teaching practice is evaluated from the aspects of teacher teaching and student learning,and some suggestions are put forward.The full text is mainly composed of five parts.The first part mainly explains the reasons and research significance of the topic,and presents the overall research plan(including research content,research methods and research objectives,etc.).The second part discusses the constructivist learning theory and the corresponding teaching methods.The third part completes the analysis link in the constructivist teaching design mode,and analyzes and discusses the relevant factors of the design from the two aspects of teaching objectives and learner characteristics.The fourth part presents the specific teaching design scheme of the comprehensive Chinese comprehensive course "The kind of women's shoes are good-looking and cheap",which explains the specific implementation steps of the instructional design and briefly describes the design instructions.The fifth part carries out the teaching reflection,outlines the merits and shortcomings in the teaching design and implementation process,and proposes teaching suggestions.
