The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of APP software by consumers in sports venues,the willingness of consumers to participate in the evaluation of healthy cat venues,the management of communication with the administrators of the venues,and the willingness of users to participate in the evaluation of healthy cat venues and the management of interaction with the administrators of the venues through the interactive platform of APP.Carries on the combing and reflecting on the problems and theories about the participation of consumers in the evaluation and management of venues and the communication with administrators.To suggest the shortcomings of the operation management and APP of healthy cat venues and the need for improvement and improvement,In this paper,using the methods of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the author takes the healthy cat as an example and uses the theory of value co-creation to explore the relationship between the administrators of healthy cat venues and consumers through the application of APP software.Through empirical research,this paper first understands the use of APP software by consumers...
