Technical And Tactical Analysis Of Fan Zhendong's "First Four Hits" Of Chinese Men's Table Tennis Player

The purpose of this paper is to find out the deficiencies and improvements in Fan Zhendong's service attack stage and receiving attack stage,and to provide some data support for improving training level and competition performance in the future.This paper mainly uses video observation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to make statistics,analysis and in-depth study on the application and characteristics of the "first four boards" technique and tactics of Chinese men's table tennis player Fan Zhendong in 25 important matches from 2015 to 2017,starting with the analysis of the type,route,landing point and combination of technique and tactics.Through statistical analysis of a large number of data,the results are as follows:1.From the overall analysis of the "first four boards" technology,Fan Zhendong's first four crickets play method is active,excellent backhand twisting and pulling technology and the Fourth Board backhand high-quality continuous attack,so that it can suppress opponents in scoring.2.From the analysis of technical and tactical application in the serve-grab phase,Fan Zhendong serves with high stability and quality,while the reverse rotation serves are more stable,and the reverse rotation serves are used relatively more in critical moments.Fan Zhendong's third cricket batting score is mainly attacking and controlling.The forehand and backhand pulling and swinging techniques are of high quality and have many scores.In Fan Zhendong's match,in the combination of the first and third boards,the technique and tactics of using service attack and post-serve control are more skilled,the combination of batting routes changes a lot,the consciousness of active line change is strong,the tactics are abundant and the effect is good.After serving,the offense and defense are poor and the rate of loss is high.3.From the technical and tactical analysis,Fan Zhendong's service is mainly backhand twisting and short forehand swing,the Fourth Board attacking and counter-attacking are more,the batting route is changeable,the usage rate of forehand pulling and backhand pulling is high,but the scoring rate is not high.In Fan Zhendong's match,the combination of the second and fourth boards is used more frequently in the control attack,counter-attack and post-attack attack attack and counter-attack.Because of the pursuit of strong play,there are many mistakes.After receiving the service,the defensive connection is poor,the tactical reserve is insufficient,and the score is too much,so it is at a disadvantage in the stage of overall receiving and attacking.4.From the comparative analysis of tactics and techniques in 2015,2016 and2017,Fan Zhendong should increase the usage rate of attack and grab section and strengthen the stalemate ability.While maintaining the initiative,stability and quality of attack,we should continue to strengthen the ability to control the ball,focusing on improving the ability of defense and defensive cohesion.
