Under The Background Of The New Policy,the Development Research Of Youth Amateur Basketball Club In Beijing

Along with the rapid growth of China's economy and the development of China's sports industry in recent years,Chinese people's living standards,health awareness and their consumptions of sports have been continuously improved.Basketball is one of the most popular sports in China,and Chinese people like to play basketball because it is fun and helps them to stay healthy.On the other hand,youth basketball training is also favored by students and their parents in Beijing.In China,the policies,economic situations and culture changed frequently.Therefore,the youth basketball training market in Beijing always needs to adapt to the new environment.These changes include the promotion of national fitness,the revolution of the high school entrance examination,the promotion of the "small basketball" and basketball coaching clinic by the Chinese Basketball Association.In order to adapt to the new environment,basketball training institutions are required to make reasonable plans for their longterm developments.This paper uses different research methods,such as the literature review,survey,interview,and PEST analysis to study the development of Beijing youth basketball training institutions.The research results are as follows:First,according to the staff members from the Chinese basketball Association and some youth basketball training institutions,“the revolution of the high school entrance examination,the promotion of the "small basketball" and basketball coaching clinic has a positive impact on the development of Beijing youth basketball training institutions”.However,the new “Beijing National Fitness Regulations” create a barrier to the facility rental for these training institutions.Second,the data from the survey shows that the training facilities of Beijing youth basketball training institutions that approved by the buyers are mainly concentrated in Haidian District and Chaoyang District.The customers are mainly male students from primary and middle schools.The coaches in the training institutions are mainly young male coach,with good education background.Most of these coaches are part-time,and the institutions will frequently change their coaches.The managers in these institutions are normally experts in basketball but few experiences in the job related to management.Here are some recommendations for these developing Beijing youth basketball training institutions.From the political perspective,the basketball training institutions should develop properly with the policies and make their own disciplines.On the other hand,the basketball training institutions should spend more money in marketing,increase the number of female students and move their facilities to the suburban area.For the society,we should build more sports facilities and utilize all the facilities that already exist to establish our own basketball culture.In addition,the basketball training intuitions in Beijing should improve the ability of their coaches.All the coaches should consider to add mobile phone software,use different equipment and provide online training class to improve their services.
