With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,people have increased their awareness and attention to sports,and the sports training industry has developed vigorously.As the best basketball training in sports training industry development industry,now there are better prospect together with the school basketball teaching most cannot meet the needs of teenagers to basketball,in this environment,more and more the resulting basketball training institution,In the wake of the rapid growth of training mechanism,People have high requirements for teaching and training mechanism,basketball training institutions want to have good teaching effect,must be inseparable from an effective teaching mode.to study the teaching mode,to identify the training institutions about the use of the teaching mode of problems and to propose the appropriate optimization strategy,It can not only provide theoretical assistance for improving teaching quality youth basketball drilling institutions in Henan Province in teaching to teachers in training institutions.It can also promote the optimization and upgrading of basketball training industry in Henan Province,so that Training institutions can develop under fierce competition.This paper will discuss the teaching mode of 32 young basketball practice companies In Henan Province.Using a range of methodologies consisting of;Literature research,case study,investigation and research,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are selected.This paper analyzes the differences teaching methodologies used across different training institutions and how they are composed,whilst paying careful attention to the advantages and disadvantages.The paper will propose a strategy to optimize current teaching methods and provide a theoretical basis for the development of teen-agers basketball training organization in Henan Province.The results indicate that:(1)The application of teaching mode in youth basketball training organization in Henan Province is not optimistic.In terms of teaching guidance,most of them focus on skill practice and Physical exercise,there is less emphasis placed on overall development and instilling the importance of physical education throughout their lifetime.(2)At present,training institutions in Henan province are monotonous in the selection of teaching content,key focus on basketball technology,Lack of interests and hobbies.The teaching method is relatively simple,mainly with explanation method,demonstration method and practice method.The evaluation method of training institutions is too simple,which cannot stimulate students’ interest in learning.(3)The teaching equipment and facilities of training institutions in Henan province are unevenly distributed.Although most institutions can meet the daily teaching needs of students,many institutions still have outdated and backward teaching facilities,which need to be further improved.(4)Most basketball training organizations in Henan adopt the teaching mode dominated by the mastery of professional skills,but very few adopt the teaching mode paying attention to the students’ subjective initiative.(5)In Henan province the basketball coaches generally have less teaching experience because they tend to be younger.Their lack of experience is demonstrated in a limited comprehension of teaching methods and their implementation in class.Determine the different elements that affect the advancement of teaching methods used in basketball training organization.compare the relative merits of the commonly used teaching mode of basketball training institutions,Suggest strategies for the development of teachings methods.(1)In the teaching,we should renew the teaching concept,set up the correct teaching guiding ideology,when creating teaching objectives special attention should be paid to the students’ overall development.,not blindly pay attention to skills,so that students can Learn the basic technical skills,but also nurture them to be stronger and more mentally and socially adaptable.(2)Coaches need to adapt the teaching content according to the students’ ages,their mental development whilst paying attention to any learning requirements that might exist.Coaches should learn more teaching methods,explore suitable teaching methods,study and learn relevant theoretical knowledge,accumulate experience and gradually apply it into practice.(3)Training institutions should be adaptable with their teaching framework so that it can meet the requirements of the students where possible.They can seek financial support from the government and the outside world to further improve the teaching facilities.(4)Training institutions need to enrich and improve the evaluation system for coaches and students and arrange regular training for coaches to improve their teaching level,and coaches should also learn by themselves and constantly improve their level.
