In recent years, as China’s economic development and rising international status, a variety of global, regional sporting events have been held in China. In order to organize these global and regional events, China have built a variety of major sports venues. The construction of stadiums for the smooth play an important role in conduct of various sport events, but most government does not pay attention to the operational of major sports venues after the game.which lead those major sports venues use is low, the high cost of the daily management of the situation, make the stadium’s construction sector has brought heavy economic pressure and is not conducive to the sustainable operation of sports venues.August12,2011to August23, the26th World University Games held in Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Municipal Government build a lot stadium, Baoan Stadium is one of them. Although the stadium after the game was set up Baoan Sports Stadium operations and management Committee to manage the stadium, but the operation activity of Bao stadium is not optimistie,which making the social and economic benefits is difficult stadium to play.In this paper, Bao’an Stadium as a representative stadium of Shenzhen after the game’s business model’problems was studied, summed up the developed countries and other regions of China in a large stadium operations experience, and in accordance with the realities Baoan Gymnasium related theories designed to Shenzhen Bao’an Stadium stadium operations on behalf of management.First,we think baoan Stadium have some problems as lack of support for government policy and so on.Secondly,Other cities in China, especially the developed countriess during the long-term in stadium operations have accumulated rich experience, which includes the establishment of corporate to operate (he stadium, to focus on various ways to ensure that sports venues diversified its revenue sources; of the membership system to ensure the stability of stadium revenues; focus on the use of sports facilities and the development of intangible assets to maximize the revenue sports; focus on marketing activities and the construction of the stadium investment process, in planning ahead, the operation of the process at the gym to give more help to pay and so on. These experiences enhance the stadium in Baoan,Shenzhen, represented by all the sports venues after the game operators have a positive effect. At last,We think baoan stadium can t increase its take measures to enhance its operational efficiency as follows:first of all, in the operating mode, relating sports management company was set up for sports management, and clearly the government and the sports management company operating between the rights and obligations; Secondly, in the stadium operation and management company set up marketing, property management and investment management to the operation of sports venues in the course of providing professional services, and finally, taking to diversify, focusing on marketing, the introduction of specialist sports facilities management personnel, focusing on sports stadium development and the use of intangible assets, the membership system and other measures to improve the visibility of sports venues, sports venues, promote operational efficiency.
