Since the promulgation and the implementation of the new curriculum standard,primary and secondary school music curriculum reform has also entered a new stage.Especially in the context of Internet,the use of a variety of information tools in music teaching has become an important direction of the current reform of classroom teaching.In order to promote the all-round development of students,improve students’ aesthetic ability and the ability of music appreciation,you need to primary and secondary school music teachers have high professional quality and wide professional knowledge,to satisfy the training needs of the current new curriculum reform and students core literacy.In recent years,the study of primary and secondary school music teachers’ professionalism and caused the attention of people,the current in the primary and secondary school music teaching,teachers’ professional quality is uneven,has become a common problems,in music teaching in colleges and universities,and professional light the tendency of education to a great extent,restricts the primary and secondary school music teaching and improvement of teachers’ professional level.Based on the current situation of Fangcheng county primary and secondary school music teacher’s special field accomplishment,on the basis of literature review to determine the research topic,randomly selected from three high schools,junior high school,15 primary school,including 11 county,township 18,through the way of questionnaire and interview to explore the primary and secondary school music teacher’s special field accomplishment promotion strategy,and promote the comprehensive development of music teachers.Firstly,based on the analysis of previous studies,this paper USES the method of literature analysis to sort out and define the professional quality and teachers’ professional quality,and explore the professional quality of music teachers in primary and secondary schools.Secondly,taking music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Fangcheng county,Henan province as the research object,a questionnaire was designed from the perspectives of educational background,professional title,professional knowledge,teaching skills,practical experience and research ability.With the help of interview method,the current situation of music teachers’ professional quality in primary and secondary schools was investigated and studied.Again,through the summary and analysis of the questionnaire results,found that exist in Fangcheng county primary andsecondary school music teachers in professional teachers title is low,the single knowledge structure,teaching ability and scientific research ability is not strong,weak due to the incomplete music teachers’ pre-vocational education,teaching enthusiasm is not high,self-learning under-powered,insufficient recognition of the management level and social level recognition is not high.Finally,from the three aspects of the government,colleges and universities,teachers themselves,in order to improve the music teachers’ status,carry out the interscholastic cooperation innovation training mode,and improve teacher’s professional accomplishment evaluation mode,adjust the college music courses,shift college personnel training mode,set up the concept of lifelong learning,improve the ability of scientific research and reflection on the starting point,the primary and secondary school music teacher’s professional accomplishment of ascension to provide feasible Suggestions,in order to improve the students’ literacy ability as the goal,the core to promote primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional quality of ascension.
