Research On The Professional Quality Structure System Of PE Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools Under The Background Of Core Quality

In recent years,the ministry of education has begun to attach importance to the reform and development of students' core qualities.In 2014,the ministry of education issued the opinions on documentation on core literacy morality and cultivating people,which gave the following opinions.It is necessary to define the educational objectives and tasks of various subjects and different students in schools according to the development of students' core qualities.According to the above Suggestions,the ministry of education has launched an excellent teacher training program to cultivate all-round and comprehensive teachers.Under the background of the development of students' core qualities,this paper explores ways to improve teachers' ability level by studying the composition of teachers' professional qualities,so that the higher teachers' ability level will positively promote the development of students' core qualities.Therefore,based on the background of core literacy,this paper studies the structure of teachers' professional literacy.The purpose is to provide the path of teacher professional development and the development approach for reference.Based on the index system of sports teachers' professional quality structure of primary and secondary schools as the research object,for primary and secondary school physical education teachers,in the reading education,school sports and related books and related literature,on the basis of using qualitative analysis method and the method of Delphi method,for the construction of primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional accomplishment of index screening,conform to the primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional quality indexes are obtained.Finally,the structural equation model is used to construct the professional quality system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.The research conclusions are as follows:The professional quality system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools has one first-level indicator,nine second-level indicators such as practical knowledge and disciplinary knowledge,and 29 third-level indicators.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools should reserve professional knowledge in three aspects: practicality,discipline and condition.Must have the physical education teaching,the physical activity organization,the physical research three abilities;Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role in improving physical quality and forming volitional quality of primary and secondary school students.
