Nowadays,in the ethnic minority areas of northwestern China,due to the small size of some publicly-run rural primary schools and weak teachers,many teachers hold multiple positions and are responsible for teaching in multiple subjects.They are called "Non-professional"."Non-professional" music teachers are still the "main force" of rural primary school teachers at this stage and in the coming decades.As a subject with strong professional skills,music lessons require teachers to have certain professional qualities.In order to help elementary school "Non-professional" music teachers to seek effective professional literacy improvement strategies,this article has conducted the following research through research methods such as interviews,questionnaires,classroom observations,and physical analysis:The introduction part elaborates the research summary of this thesis,as well as the research origin,purpose,meaning,definition of core concepts,research methods,major difficulties and innovations.The first part introduced the natural ecology,local customs,music culture and education of Jishishan County through relevant literature review and data collection.The second part combines the questionnaire data and interview content of the "Non-professional" music teachers in the elementary school,firstly introduces the basic situation of the teachers,and then divides the professional spirit,professional conviction,professional knowledge,and professional ability of the teacher's professionalism Dimension designed a questionnaire,and combined the analysis of the survey results with case interviews to present the status of professional literacy of "Non-professional".The third part summarizes the factors that influence the professional literacy of music teachers in primary schools from the aspects of system and individual teachers.It summarizes and proposes strategies for improving the professional literacy of music teachers in primary schools.The concluding part sorts out the main theoretical structure of the article,points out some deficiencies in this research,and makes future research prospects.
