A Study On Xi Jinping's Outlook On Educational Equity

Education is a great cause for cultivating talents,rejuvenating nation and inheriting civilization.Educational equity is an important cornerstone for maintaining social fairness and justice,and profoundly reflects the value orientation of social development.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stood at the new height of the overall development of the Party and the state,based on the new situation of the development of educational modernization,the new requirements of comprehensively deepening educational reform,and put forward a series of new ideas,new judgments and new initiatives on the fair development of education.Through the methods of literature analysis,theory combined with practice and inductive analysis,this paper summarizes and sorts out the important discussions on educational equity made by General Secretary Xi Jinping,and tries to extract the core connotations and distinctive features of Xi Jinping's educational equity concept based on the practice of China's educational reform and development.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part combs the relevant literature research at home and abroad in detail,and masters the relevant research trends and status of Xi Jinping's outlook on educational equity.The second part combs the background of Xi Jinping's educational fairness.The thoughts of educational fairness contained in China's excellent traditional culture are its deep origins.The educational fairness of Marx,Engels and several generations of Chinese communists are its direct theoretical foundations.The practical needs of educational development are its objective basis.The third part summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping's outlook on educational equity,including everyone's outstanding educational opportunity fairness,educational system equity with top-level design,educational guarantee equity with policy preference,teacher-oriented educational conditions equity,educational resources equity with information sharing and educational quality equity with connotation enhancement,etc.The fourth part summarizes the distinctive characteristics of Xi Jinping's outlook on educational equity,which are mainly reflected in the combination of theoretical inheritance and practical innovation,historical thinking and global vision,systematic planning and key breakthroughs,as well as the combination of highlighting fairness and improvingefficiency.The fifth part expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping's outlook on educational equity.Xi Jinping's outlook on educational equity and its practical measures have expanded the vision of Marxist educational fairness,deepened the connotation of socialist core values,enriched the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and highlighted the fundamental requirements and development trends of educational modernization,promoted the development of the high quality of educational career.They also extremely promoted social equity and justice in our country.
