The just concluded the explicitly put the party's 19 "Xi new age thinking" socialism with Chinese characteristics into the party constitution,indicates that it is our deep into the guiding ideology of reform and opening up,the whole people and our party to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the guide of struggle.We believe that the education thought contained in Xi's series of speeches is one of the contents of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which involves the cultivation of talents and the construction of ideology.It is the precondition to realize the great Chinese dream.Xi Jinping,inherited and developed Marxist education thought,Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory,it combined with the new historical conditions in our country education,career development opportunities and challenges faced by standing in the global and strategic perspective,put forward the guiding ideology of the practical education.Mr Xi is another important reformer after Deng Xiaoping.The "four comprehensive" strategic layout and the important guiding ideology of the "Chinese dream" are its ruling philosophy.Economic stable development,social fairness and justice,education progress is one of the motive power sources of “Chinese Dream”.The level of education development is an important symbol of national development level,and is the embodiment of national core competence.Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the position and function of education should not be ignored.The full text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter,focusing on the basis of the topic,especially pointed out that Xi's philosophy of education basic on the “Chinese Dream”,which is the theme of the times.The second chapter discusses the source of Xi's educational philosophy from Marxist theory.The third chapter discusses the dialectical unity of the "Chinese dream" and the all-round development of human beings.The fourth chapter elaborates the philosophy of education,which is the service of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In chapter 5,we explore Xi Jinping's philosophy of realizing education fairness in development.How to do good education is the key issue of Xi's statecraft,and also the practical problem of Xi's educational philosophy” people's yearning for a better life is our goal”.Xi's words embody the people-oriented,the realization of all-round development of education and the relationship between the Chinese dream.“Education fairness is the important foundation of social fairness,and promotes the social fairness and justice to promote the power source of “Chinese Dream”by education fairness.The nation strong in education.Education is a fundamental one.Education is to cultivate talent,what is the high-quality talent? Xi highlighted the importance of virtue,which is the most important and foremost one.It is clear that they are values of socialism are the whole process of education through the core values of socialism.Xi's forward-looking assertion that “teachers are the source of the teaching.” The success or failure of education is key to teachers,so Xi puts forward four standards of “the good teacher of the party and the people's satisfaction”,and strengthens the teacher troop construction.Xi's philosophy of education is a complete set of scientific theory system,its foothold is the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.The last part of the conclusion,once again emphasizes the education ideology of Xi adhere to Marxism people-oriental,realize the all-round development of education to promote the harmonious development of the society to society to achieve the great rejuvenation of China's dream contribution to the strength.
