Educational equity determines the balanced development of people and the promotion of social equity.In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China?CPC?,Xi Jinping stressed the importance of "giving priority to the development of education" and "striving to ensure that every child has a fair and quality education"?1?,which shows the importance Xi Jinping attaches to education,especially education equity.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,people begin to have new demands.Therefore,we should analyze and solve the issue of educational equality from multiple perspectives and levels in light of social development.This paper is divided into the following aspects:The introduction discusses the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad and the way of thinking.After sorting out and learning the existing research results,this part deeply analyzes the connotation of Xi Jinping's concept of educational fairness,and provides ideas for the creation of this article.Chapter one discusses the basic issues of Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity,and expounds the connotation,background and theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity.Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity was put forward on the basis of absorbing and learning from predecessors' educational equity thoughts,and endowed with its new era connotation.This chapter deeply analyzes the essence of Xi Jinping's thought of educational equity,and divides educational equity into three aspects: educational opportunity equity,educational condition equity and educational guarantee equity.The second chapter discusses the content system of Xi Jinping's educational equity view.Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity aims to make guiding opinions on the current situation of educational inequality in the country,promote the development of education,and give everyone a chance to develop and make progress.This chapter makes an in-depth analysis of Xi Jinping's concept of educational fairness,and elaborates on it from the perspective of goals,principles and main contents,and constructs a relatively clear logical framework.At the same time,the author puts forward the implementation method for these opinions and Suggestions,which is an important chapter of this paper.The third chapter discusses the basic characteristics and practical significance of Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity.Its basic characteristics are summarized as follows: scientific,contemporary and innovative,correctly understanding and learning the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity can help us to accurately understand and grasp the spirit of Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity.In terms of value and significance,Xi Jinping's concept of educational equity is put forward based on absorbing the essence of previous thoughts on educational equity and combining with the actual situation of the country.It develops Marxist educational thought and enriches socialist educational thought with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,Xi Jinping's concept of educational fairness promotes the free and comprehensive development of human beings,points out the direction for the development and construction of education,and contributes to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
