Prevention Of Psychological Crisis: Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Core Literacy

As an important force in the development of the new era,college students are also dream catchers who realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The mental health of college students is not only related to the growth of the individual itself,but also to the progress and development of the country.Therefore,the purpose of actively paying attention to the mental health of college students is to promote the all-round development of people.In September 2016,the core of the research on the core literacy of Chinese students developed by the Ministry of Education is to promote the all-round development of people.It is divided into three aspects: cultural foundation,independent development and social practice.In essence,the concern for the development of core literacy of students is also the answer to the question of “what kind of person to cultivate”,which is consistent with the development of ideological and political education and mental health education for college students.Under the guidance of Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings,quality education and socialist core values,this paper studies the literature on the development of core literacy,life stressors and psychological crisis of college students with the overall goal of promoting people's all-round development.On the basis of absorbing the predecessors' research on the prevention of college students' psychological crisis,this paper puts forward a positive early warning mechanism for the development of core literacy of college students to relieve life stress and intervene in psychological crisis,in order to provide a good psychological capital for the growth of college students.In this paper,the “Daan University Mental Health Education Big Data Survey Questionnaire” was used for sample survey,and 899 people were randomly selected.This paper adopts the student core literacy scale,student life stress scale and student mental health scale,and adopts the American large structural equation SPSS21.Predictive Analysis Software and Solution AMOS18.0 Structural Equation Model Software processes big data,doing frequency analysis,mean comparison,multiple regression and structural modeling.To study the relationship between the core literacy of college students' development and the psychological stress and psychological crisis of college students,the conclusions are as follows:(1)There are differences in gender and professional groups in the development of core literacy,stress and crisis among college students.(2)The source of life stress that college students are exposed to is the risk factor that induces psychological crisis.(3)The core literacy of college students is a protective factor to relieve stress and prevent crisis.(4)Suggestion: Cultivate the core literacy of college students to prevent and control psychological crisis.Based on the above three major analyses,the corresponding work proposals are proposed.The cultivation of core literacy of college students can be completed through self-improvement,school education and social practice,providing guarantee for the development of mental health of college students,thus cultivating qualified builders and successors.
