The new compulsory history curriculum standard and the general high school history curriculum standard issued in 2022 constitute the educational value continuum of basic education with the establish virtue and cultivate people as the human point.Take core competence as the goal of curriculum development and respond to the general trend of cultivating people with lifelong learning ability and all-round development.The core competence cultivated by the course are transportable,comprehensive qualities that can be enriched,developed and advanced.How to broaden the historical perspective,develop the historical thinking and promote the progressive development of students’ core competence on the basis of compulsory education is a hot issue that needs to be solved in the educational circles.The development of core competence under the theory of "learning progression" focuses on the students’ original cognitive structure and learning experience.It is highly attuned to the subject attributes of the history curriculum in middle school.It points to the development and advancement of core competence in the development of consistency and coherence,and plays an important theoretical guiding role in the realization of the core competence training goal of history curriculum.This study takes "learning progression" as the main theoretical basis,through indepth analysis of the primary and secondary history curriculum goals,academic quality standards,in the history curriculum training goals continue and advance,to find the primary and secondary core competence development and advanced "growth point".The content of high school curriculum has three dimensions: breadth,difficulty and depth.By exploring the profound content of student-oriented curriculum,we can find the carrier value of core competence development and progression from the three parts of structured curriculum: object-oriented content,process content and outcome content.The advanced performance of curriculum content based on the expansion of space-time scale,the deepening of historical relation,the deepening of historical cognition and the further development of core competence will provide the support of curriculum content for the development and advancement of core competence in high school.According to the deep analysis of curriculum training goal and curriculum content,the senior high school history teaching strategy based on core competence advancement is established,that is,based on curriculum standard,layered design teaching goal;Design of teaching topics and structural integration of course content;Based on deep learning,layer evolution is implemented in classroom teaching.The concept of "learning progression" is implanted in the history curriculum of middle school,the fundamental idea of new curriculum reform is based on student development is carried out,and it provides a feasible way to construct the core competence training ability of middle and high schools,and promote the students to obtain coherent core competence development,so as to realize the goal of curriculum reform from subject to subject and from knowledge to competence.
