With the emergence of the term “core literacy” in the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental tasks of Li De Shu Ren”,the reform of high school curriculum in China has also entered the revolutionary era of core literacy.Each discipline has identified the core literacy of the discipline.Chemistry is one of the foundations of natural sciences.The cultivation of core literacy of chemistry plays an important role in students' adaptation to lifelong development and social development.The core literacy of chemistry disciplines in the middle school classroom is inseparable from the cultivation of teachers in the classroom teaching process.However,the teaching concepts and teaching behaviors of teachers in the classroom teaching process are connected by the Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK).As a preliminary preparation for teaching implementation,teaching design is also facing a higher level of requirements in the context of the new curriculum reform.PCK and instructional design ability are the core knowledge and primary ability of teachers' professional knowledge,respectively.Combining the two,building PCK instructional design can improve the ability of both teachers' PCK and instructional design,which will promote teachers' professionalism.development of.In this paper,the mixed method is used to study.Firstly,by using the method of literature research,this paper analyses the current situation of the research on the core literacy of chemistry discipline and the research on PCK by scholars at home and abroad,mainly focusing on the analysis of the domestic research situation.On this basis,it finds the close relationship between teaching design and PCK,and takes it as the starting point and basis of the research,constructs the PCK teaching design of high school chemistry based on the core literacy of chemistry discipline.Secondly,we use Delphi empirical research method to conduct four rounds of Delphi survey,and obtain the core literacy items and connotations of chemistry in middle school classroom.Secondly,two PCK teaching designs for senior high school chemistry based on core literacy of chemistry discipline are developed by case method.The contents of the design include one subject subject and five PCK main lines(knowledge line,literacy line,strategy line,interest line and evaluation line).Case 1: Taking "Aluminum Compounds-Aluminum Hydroxide" as a subject subject subject,taking "Scientific Inquiry and Innovation Awareness" as the main line of accomplishment,using strategies of connecting life,scientific inquiry and cooperative learning to form a strategy line,using resources such as pictures,videos and group exchanges and cooperation,as well as applied knowledge of Aluminum Hydroxide and Aluminum Hydroxide to form knowledge of interest line,through classroom observation,The evaluation of the class guidance plan constitutes an evaluation line,which implements the chemical knowledge line of the physical and chemical properties of aluminium hydroxide.Case 2: Taking "Ammonia" as a subject subject subject,taking "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" as the main line of accomplishment,adopting problem-driven,scientific inquiry and cooperative learning strategies to form a strategy line,and through "Red fountain","Snow lotus blossom" interest experiment and narrating "the discovery history of ammonia",students are allowed to adopt self-assessment,inter-group evaluation and formative evaluation methods.Establish evaluation line and implement chemical knowledge line of physical and chemical properties of ammonia.Finally,through classroom observation,using "Interest Line,Knowledge Line and Literacy Line Goal Achievement Evaluation Scale" and "Classroom Guidance Case" to analyze the design and implementation effect of teaching cases,students' core literacy of chemistry can be cultivated.The paper can draw the following conclusions:(1)The empirical research based on Delphi method shows that there are 9 core literacy items to be cultivated in the middle school chemistry class,which are the five chemical disciplines emphasized by the 2017 edition of the new chemical curriculum standards.Core literacy and chemical terminology and symbolic representation,chemical safety and green development,team awareness and cooperation,life chemistry and beauty chemistry.Among them,scientific inquiry and innovation awareness scored the highest in the expert group.(2)Through literature analysis and teaching practice,under the guidance of chemical core literacy,with the chemistry teacher PCK as the framework,the teaching process of high school chemistry classroom teaching of “1+5” navigation framework was proposed,and the core chemistry based on chemical core was carefully developed.The high school chemistry PCK instructional design case made a meaningful attempt to further develop and develop PCK instructional design.
