In the process of interpersonal communication,contradictions.conflicts and frictions occur from time to time.Conflict is one of the common forms of communication.Conflict has certain positive significance for social development and interpersonal communication,especially for kindergarten children.Coming to kindergarten is the first step for children to step out of their homes and into the society.lt is also the first step to de-centralization.They cannot avoid conflicts in the process of communicating with their peers.Effective use of conflict can make children understand other people’s ideas,stand in the perspective of the other side of the problem,promote children social development.In kindergarten,conflict has a certain positive significance,most of which depends on teachers active guidance and positive treatment.Teachers intervention on peer conflict is closely related to the positive significance of rushing out.Predecessors research results on peer conflict between children are quite abundant.The author tries to study the intervention behavior of teachers in predecessors basic research.Therefore this study focuses on teachers intervention in peer conflict,that is,the status quo of intervention,whether the time is ripe,and whether the attitude is reasonable;What problems do teachers need to pay attention to and the reasons for the problems: Finally the author puts forward my humble opinion on the problems found in this study.This study mainly adopts literature analysis method,observation method,interview method and case analysis method,and tries to restore the process of the event from the first perspective,find out the problems existing in the event and analyze its causes.For example in investigation and study found that there exist some problems in the teachers intervention study such as: teachers improper intervention initiative is not strong,timing,and open way too irrational authority,etc,the reason might be the following: in the aspect of teachers themselves,teachers ’view of education,conflict and professional skills will affect the teacher deal with young children’s peer conflict.Teachers current emotional state and psychological quality will also affect the processing results of teaching currency The workload of teachers,the degree of cooperation between teachers and classes and the distribution of work are also closely related to the results of teachers handling of peer conflict.In the aspect of children:children’s temperament type,personality,ordinary style of doing things will also affect teachers intervention methods;In kindergarten: the size of a class will directly affect the teacher’s attitude to intervene in the kindergarten peer conflict.Whether there will be training for teachers to intervene in children’s conflicts in kindergartens will also influence teachers intervention methods: In the aspect of family and society: the parenting style of family often affects the conflict view of teachers.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some humble opinions,hoping that teachers can play a positive role in the intervention of children peer impact.
