With the development of the times,the advancement of multimedia information technology,teaching methods are also undergoing corresponding changes.High school students' learning needs are more and more diversified.High school ideological and political courses are practical,open and comprehensive.Teachers are the main performers of education and teaching.These all determine the identity of high school ideological and political teachers.Multiplicity puts forward new requirements for high school ideological and political teachers.Empowerment theory emphasizes the transformation and empowerment of power,which is an important basis for transforming the role of ideological and political teachers in high school.The research on the theory of empowerment at home and abroad has a certain foundation and also involves the field of education.However,the theory of empowerment theory at home and abroad There are few studies on the combination of teachers' roles in different disciplines.In particular,the research related to the role of high school ideological and political teachers is not systematic enough.It needs to attract the attention of academic circles and society.Therefore,this paper chooses the perspective of empowerment theory to study the role of ideological and political teachers in high school.Positioning adjustment.This study combines relevant survey results and literature data,taking a high school ideological and political teacher in a city as an example,with the theory of empowerment as the starting point.First,investigate and analyze the status quo of the role of high school political teachers in teaching strategies,teaching resources,teacherstudent relationship.It is found that high school ideological and political teachers have problems in the relationship between role recognition,role adjustment speed,and role needs and reality.Secondly,the reasons are analyzed from the perspectives of subjective and objective.The subjective reasons are mainly the lack of empowerment and the lack of empowerment.The objective reasons are mainly the lack of empowerment and the lack of empowerment mechanism.Finally,from the three aspects of the teacher as the subject of empowerment,the student as the object of empowerment and the school as the empowerment support,the strategies and suggestions for the adjustment of the role of high school ideological and political teachers are proposed.Teachers should update the concept of empowerment and enhance the empowerment of empowerment.Students must strive for their own power,such as the right to build knowledge,the autonomy of learning,and the right to participate in the subject.Schools must change their evaluation mechanisms,improve their safeguard mechanisms,and establish incentive mechanisms.
