Scratch,which use for programming and cultivating students' creative thinking,occupies a larger position in primary and secondary school's programming course.It is basic,easy to use,module visualization and rich types of works.However,in middle school,many teachers focus on making students master the knowledge of programming technology,neglecting the cultivation of students' innovative ability and self-exploration ability;the research on Scratch mainly stays at the primary school,and there are gaps in the relevant research at the middle school;on the other hand,there are many project-based Scratch teaching projects in general,not detailed enough.It lacks pertinence.In view of the above situation,the following improvements have been made in this paper:According to the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper analysis the current programming teaching in middle school and the problems existing in Scratch teaching in China.This paper expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of Scratch research such as 4P learning method and creative learning spiral.Then the writer designs a spiral model suitable for teaching according to the prototype of creative learning spiral,which can be used to guide teachers' activities and students' life in the teaching process.In the process of constructing project-oriented Scratch teaching model in middle school,combining the implementation process of the project and the characteristics of Scratch teaching,also the project-oriented teaching process is designed.According to the students' cognitive characteristics,subject situation and ability training,the learning projects are classified and the project manifestations that meet the characteristics of junior middle school students are analyzed.Combining with the implementation process of learning projects,the classification of learning projects,the manifestation of learning projects,the design principles of teaching activities and learning activities,a project-oriented Scratch teaching model for junior middle schools is constructed.The design of project contents and cases is determined,and the construction and function realization of Scratch assistant teaching platform is completed.Project-oriented Scratch teaching practice has been carried out,and four teaching activities have been implemented,namely,individual project,cooperative project,innovation project and independent exploration project.The application effect of project-oriented Scratch teaching model in junior middle school has been analyzed by means of comparative experimental research.The analysis of teaching effect mainly focuses on the improvement of students' thinking ability and students' satisfaction with teaching mode.Through questionnaires,work analysis and evaluation scale,learning data and information were collected.Experiments show that the teaching method improves students' logical thinking ability,innovative spirit and self-exploring learning ability,and the teaching assistant platform provides an effective way for students to explore learning independently.At the same time,the preferences of students for Scratch learning project types are analyzed through the works,which can provide reference for the follow-up Scratch teaching research.
