With the development of the times,the requirements of science and technology and innovation in our work and life continue to increase.Our country encourages "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",so the demand for talents has also changed greatly.Not only must we have a wealth of knowledge,we must also have better problem-solving capabilities and creativity.This has promoted the rapid development of maker education represented by open source tools such as Scratch.In view of the many similarities between the characteristics of project-based learning and Scratch programming teaching and helping to cultivate students' creativity in project-based learning,this research applies project-based learning to primary Scratch programming courses.The teaching effect of project-based learning Scratch programming class in primary schools and the effect of verification on improving students' creativity.First,the literature research method is used to study the current status of domestic and foreign research based on project-based learning and Scratch teaching.Through summary and analysis,the problems existing in Scratch in teaching are found and the solutions are found.This established the research value and significance of this study.Secondly,in-depth research on the theory found that the process of project-based learning is very consistent with the theoretical basis of constructivist learning theory,situational learning theory,and Dewey's "learning by doing" theory.Combining the theoretical foundation with project-based learning.This research has deeper theoretical support,and there will be more theoretical basis for reference in practical applications.In addition,define the meaning of Scratch,project-based learning and creativity.Based on the literature research method and classroom observation and analysis,the current problems of Scratch programming teaching in elementary schools were initially explored.Indepth analysis of project-based learning,analysis of its own characteristics and the characteristics of Scratch programming teaching and founding that project-based learning and Scratch in elementary schools.The commonality of programming teaching,and project-based learning can solve the existing problems of Scratch programming teaching.Therefore,this study will combine the characteristics of project-based learning and the teaching of Scratch programming in elementary schools,combined with related theoretical foundations,and propose the design of teaching activities for primary-school Scratch programming languages based on project-based learning.And implement teaching in practice and apply this teaching activity design to the teaching activity of primary school Scratch programming language based on project-based learning.Before and after the implementation of the teaching,test the students' creative tendency and analyze the data.From the research results,it can be seen that teaching of Scratch programming language based on project-based learning in the primary school has a significant effect on improving students' creativity.After-class reflections were made after class.The practice was summarized and analyzed,and it was found in practice.There are deficiencies,and solutions are found to facilitate improvement in future teaching practices.
