| With the advancement of the national curriculum reform,the field of special education has successively promulgated the compulsory education curriculum plan,new curriculum standards,and new textbooks for blind,deaf,and mental education schools.Faced with the multi-class,multi-obstacle and great difference of students in special education schools,the individualized education and teaching brought about by the new curriculum standard and new textbooks of intellectual education tries to break through the difficulties through the school-based class-based practice and seek the effective and high-quality service path of intellectual education.Under such a theoretical and practical background,the research team is composed of Chinese teachers,head teachers,interns and researchers in the first grade intellectual training class of a special teaching school.The object of study is nine freshmen of the first grade in a special education school in Chongqing.The research focuses on the core issue of how to design and implement individualized teaching suitable for the whole class and for each student,according to the curriculum standard of life language for intellectual training,using the new textbooks for intellectual training.This study adopts the action research method,which lasts for one year.The research plan was first developed and entered into the research process according to the plan,including the preparation and evaluation stages,and implementation and revision phases of integration of textbooks and individualized educational programs(IEP),from the unit theme analysis → Single course materials and IEP integration → Forming the whole class Chinese teaching total goal and the individualized goal of the student’s individualized teaching plan→The implementation of teaching activities,Including implementation activities,problems,analysis problems,corrections,revision strategies.Exploration and Acquisition of Research: 1.Forming a comprehensive school-based curriculum structure with curriculum evaluation standards + curriculum assessment + side views,and perfecting the diagnostic assessment function of curriculum standards.Course evaluation is the basis for the formulation ofindividualized education plans and is the basis for individualized instructional design and implementation.The evaluation of educational diagnosis passes through the whole process of individualized teaching,and the new curriculum standard is used for single-disciplinary diagnosis evaluation.Then,there is a single-study textbook target evaluation and dynamic assessment of the teaching site to a class,and the interaction and feedback of the teaching are adjusted and ensured.Reflection is conducive to the follow-up of teaching in constant adjustment and revision.2.In order to implement effective individualized teaching in the same teaching activities,teaching materials and group teaching activities,it is necessary to integrate the individualized teaching objectives of the students,individualized teaching strategies,support for individualization,and individualized teaching.3.When a student’s goal can not be completed,he should find the reason,carry out work analysis,make dynamic assessment,and turn the pre-set goal into a formation goal from the low-level level.Research effectiveness:1.Student progress.Through the evaluation of each lesson,the evaluation of unit activities,the evaluation of multiple evaluations of the curriculum and the evaluation of individualized education plans,and the growth and progress of students through interviews with parents and teachers.2.Teacher growth.Have a new understanding of the curriculum and consciously and actively adjust and apply,rather than the previous reading,and enhance the awareness of individualized teaching under the new curriculum standard and individualized whole process implementation ability,pay attention to teaching effectiveness,and promote teaching Quality improvement. |
