Since the reform and opening-up,taking the opportunity of the Party's theoretical innovations,the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has gradually strengthened in the process of improvement.For more than 40 years,the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has undergone four development stages: Recovery,“85 Plan”,“98 Plan” and “05 Plan”,successively following three major curriculum reform plans: “85 Plan”,“98 Plan” and “05 Plan”.During this development process,the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has formed its core contents by learning the Party's latest theoretical achievements,taken the continuous satisfaction of development demands for students as the basic principle,promoted the "three entry" work(Entry into the textbook,into the classroom,into the minds)based on the construction of teaching materials,provided intellectual support centered on the construction of teaching staff,strengthened the curriculum theory based on the discipline construction,innovated the teaching system by improving teaching methods,and promoted curriculum reform by perfecting the management system.However,there are still some deficiencies in the development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,such as the construction of teaching staff,the improvement of teaching model,the comprehensive promotion of collaborative education and the formulation of teaching evaluation standards.In the new era,as a key course for the fundamental task of moral education,the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should be further improved and strengthened.For the construction of the teaching staff,it is necessary to cultivate more specialized talents,to establish a reasonable talent introduction mechanism,to improve the comprehensive abilities of teachers,and to promote the teaching morality construction.For the construction of multiplex teaching models,it is necessary to adopt the teaching methods suitable for students' characteristics,to apply auxiliary teaching methods,to improve the quality of lectures.For the comprehensive promotion of collaborative education,it is necessary to formulate a new pattern where education can develop in a collaborative way under the "main channel" and "main position","Ideological and political course" and "Ideological and Political Theories teaching in All Course".For the formulation of teaching evaluation standards,it is necessary to strengthen the evaluation of the teaching quality in a whole teaching process and to realize the evaluation of students' comprehensive academics level,so as to provide a benign developing path for the problems solving in the development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should continuously become more ideological,theoretical and pertinent,actively play the role as main channel,fully implement the fundamental task of moral education,and strive to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round developments in morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.
