| Teachers’ occupational stress is a kind of mental state and corresponding behavior performance caused by teachers’ educational and teaching activities,troubles related to their living conditions or school working environment.In recent years,the increasing proportion of primary school teachers’ health in Central Asia and the emergence of occupational burnout are the manifestations of the gradual increase of primary school teachers’ occupational stress.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to understand the causes of primary school teachers’ occupational stress for the improvement of teachers’ management and teaching quality.In this paper,the use of literature,interviews and survey methods,Wuyi primary school teachers as the research object,to carry out relevant research.100 primary school teachers were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The data of the survey were statistically analyzed by SPSS to understand the five dimensions of occupational stress of primary school teachers.Then some teachers were interviewed to find out the factors that caused the occupational stress of primary school teachers.According to the investigation,the following problems exist in the occupational stress of primary school teachers: the occupational stress of primary school teachers is widespread and serious;the pressure of different items of work load on primary school teachers is different;the pressure of teaching,teaching and research forms occupational stress;the pressure of student factors also forms;the pressure of school management on teachers Occupational stress is bigger,and career development pressure is bigger.There are three main factors that influence the occupational stress of primary school teachers.From the perspective of social factors,the main factors are the lack of social awareness of primary school education to form professional pressure on teachers;parents’ strong awareness of safeguarding rights to form professional pressure;inadequate wages,affecting serious economic pressure.From the perspective of the school,it is mainly the lack of humanistic management in schools,and the lack of effective training for teachers.From their own factors,mainly due to their lack of professional ability to form occupational stress;self-expectation is too high to form pressure;lack of self-regulation mechanism can not alleviate the pressure.Starting from the current situation and causes of primary school teachers’ occupational stress,this paper also proposes improvement measures from the following three aspects.Teachers’ social status should be improved,their wages and salaries should be raised,and the professional environment of primary school teachers should be improved.Through the implementation of humanized management in schools to reduce occupational stress;schools to effectively train teachers to reduce the comprehensive occupational stress,so that schools do a good job of support to reduce teacher stress.Through improving professional accomplishment and ability,establishing reasonable professional expectations and self-psychological adjustment of primary school teachers,we can promote the professional development of primary school teachers.Through the implementation of these measures can help to alleviate the pressure of teachers,so that teachers better into work and life,in order to engage in more healthy physical and mental education. |
