Modern female college students faced with increasingly fierce competition in thesociety, assumes the academic pressure, stress, interpersonal relationships, such as stress,coupled with irregular life, diet science, have had an impact on both physical andpsychological. Yoga helps to improve female students ’ BMI. After the Yoga movements, sebum reduces abdominal, waist to hip ratiodecrease; scapular Sebaceous, sebum upper arm, waist sebum thickness reduced,increased lean mass, body fat percentage, waist to hip ratio lower.3. yoga help toenhance the physical function of female college students. Female university studentsthrough six months of increased lung capacity, quiet, decrease in heart rate, decrease insystolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, showing a very significant change. May bedue to female college students participating in actions in various forms of yoga,including extensive bend forwards, backwards, twist, oblique abdominal, squeeze action,mobilize all body joints, bones, muscles, sports participation, promote the bloodcirculation of the body, enhanced metabolism of tissues and cells, and gas exchange,oxygen consumption of the body increased markedly. Yoga exercises may also befemale college students are all body parts to participate in sports, sports, a long time, toa certain extent, increases the heart’s workload, while an increase in coronary bloodvolume than usual, thereby changing the female students ’ heart stroke volume andcardiac output, thus resulting in reduced their heart rate.4. Yoga helps to enhancephysical fitness of female university students.
