Secondary vocational education is a very important part of China’s vocational education system,shouldering the obligation of cultivating the talents to meet the needs and demands of market economy growth.With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,China’s market economy is in urgent need of a number of professional and skilled talents in E-commerce field.Although there is a great demand for skilled talents in terms of E-commerce,it is still difficult for E-commerce graduates of secondary vocational schools to find jobs.The reason is that there is a certain gap between the quality and standard of talents cultivated by secondary vocational schools and the social demand.How to improve the practical ability of E-commerce students in secondary vocational schools and make them better adapt to the needs of relevant occupations is an important mission for the schools,for which improving practical teaching is the key.This research focuses on the practical teaching of E-commerce major in the secondary vocational school.Through the survey,the author finds that there are problems of the deviation of instructional design from talent training programs and company’s employment standard,the incompleteness of students’ systematic knowledge before the practice,sole teaching method of teaching,monotonous practical teaching evaluation,deficiency of teachers’ practical abilities.Through methods of reference study,observation,questionnaire,and interview,the author figures out the reasons for those problems,namely the teachers’ unfamiliarity to talent training programs and their lack of enterprise research,insufficient and incomplete experiment links in the early stage of practical teaching,their vague understanding of practical teaching mode,the defective evaluation system of practical teaching,and the weak teacher training system of practical teaching.After an analysis of these reasons,the author comes up with some specific solutions,including teachers’ regular cooperation for the alteration of instructional design,improvement of the experiment links in the early stage of practical teaching,diversification of the practical training methods,construction of a multi-evaluation system,and enhancement of teacher training correspondingly.
