Promoting the development of China's market economy requires a multi-level and diversified talent model to train all kinds of highly skilled professionals,so our vocational school shoulder important missions and responsibilities.The major of finance and commerce is a major discipline for training skilled professionals.In recent years,e-commerce has developed vigorously and the talent gap is huge.To improve the quality of e-commerce talent training,this study selected the e-commerce major in the major of finance and commerce as the research object.This paper mainly uses literature research methods,questionnaires,interviews and inductive analysis to study the representative talent training model of the secondary vocational schools in the region,and provides a reference for the optimization of the e-commerce professional training model in the region.The thesis firstly literature review summarizes the background of China's professional skills training,through research on the training model of professional skills in vocational schools,to grasp the direction of topic selection.Through the definition of the concepts of vocational education,e-commerce major,talent training model,school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,clarify the research subject and content,combining demand-oriented theory,ability-based education theory,stakeholder theory and industry-university cooperation,etc.The related theory serves as the basic theoretical support for the final proposal.Secondly,taking the e-commerce professional training model of Linyi City Polytechnic School in Shandong Province as an example,a case analysis of the selected topics was conducted.Through field visits,questionnaires,classroom observations,dialogue interviews,and other methods,the e-commerce major of Linyi Polytechnic University The status quo and deficiencies of training skilled personnel.Thirdly,to summarize and analyze the problems existing in the training mode of e-commerce professionals in regional vocational schools,and found that there is a lack of leading role at the government level.The reason is that the government does not pay enough attention to vocational education,and the evaluation standards for schools are out of line.Insufficient guidance to schools,insufficient promotion of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education;Insufficient participation in teaching tasks at the enterprise level,etc.The main reason is that the enterprise is weak and lacks responsibility;The model of personnel training has problems such as unclear teaching objectives,single teaching content and methods,weak teaching staff,unreasonable curriculum and imperfect evaluation mechanism.The reason for this phenomenon involves the school 's lack of understanding of the e-commercetalent demand and the characteristics of secondary vocational students Qing Dynasty,the decoupling of teaching and practice,weak talent introduction ability,less school resources and insufficient government support.Finally,in order to further optimize the training model of skilled talents in the region,the author puts forward some suggestions on the training model of skill talents in Linyi Polytechnic School from the three dimensions of government,enterprise and school.The government and relevant management departments should support vocational education from the perspective of public opinion guidance and financial support,adjust and update the evaluation and evaluation incentive system for vocational schools,and actively coordinate the school-enterprise cooperation model.The enterprise level should actively explore a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation,establish a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation based on the principle of mutual benefit,formulate detailed training activity plans,and build an information platform for talent training.School level should clarify the training objectives of the vocational e-commerce major,avoid big and empty;establish a "double teacher" teacher team,improve the teacher training system;improve the teaching content and teaching methods,effectively improve the skills of students;scientifically set teaching courses Improve the teaching equipment;improve the teaching evaluation system,strengthen the evaluation of students 'practical skills,and adjust the incentive policies for teachers' further education.We hope to provide reference and reference for the relevant vocational schools to implement talent training model.
