Under the "The Belt And Road" national strategy in the new background,the promotion of Chinese has become an unstoppable historical trend.At the same time,more and more foreign st udents are in urgent need of learning standard Chinese.In the field of international Chinese teach ing,how to use effective teaching methods to improve students' learning enthusiasm and Chinese proficiency is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.CPIK(China program in Korea)is a K orean Chinese language teacher volunteer program signed by hanban/Confucius institute headqu arters and Korea institute of international education in 2012.Different from the teaching mode of Confucius institutes,the Chinese classes in Korean primary and secondary schools are mostly co operative teaching between Chinese original language teachers and local teachers.Cooperative te aching is a kind of teaching theory and strategy that learners and teachers can communicate and cooperate with each other.Cooperative learning is a student-centered teaching method that adopt s group model to help students to learn from each other,communicate with each other and achiev e mutual improvement.Based on the principle of cooperative teaching method,this paper explor es the methods and strategies of cooperative teaching in Korean elementary spoken Chinese teac hing,and bring up the "Ternary and multi-level teaching method" that suitable for Korean primar y spoken Chinese teaching.A concept needs to be clarified.“Triad” refers to the three aspects of teachers and learners.Which are,native teachers,native language teachers and students,while“Multi-level” refers to the three modes,which are the collaborative teaching between teachers,the collaborative group learning among students,and the interative teaching between teachers and students."Ternary and multi-level teaching method " refers to the cooperation among Korean native teachers,Chinese native language teachers and students.Teaching is not only a bidirectional activity between teachers and students,but is also a united multiple interatction.In practice,the study of collaborative teaching mode among Chinese and Korean teachers has achieved good research results,but the cases of special research are still limited.How to use the efficient cooperative teaching method to improve students Chinese spoken language level and communicative ability is an another problem that we need to further solve.In the beginning,the introduction part describes the reason of choosing the topic,the research approach,and the research method.Then this paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is literature review,which introduce the theory foundation of Cooperative Teaching,aswell as the definition of "Ternary and multi-level teaching method".The second chapter describes the teaching design which applies Cooperative Teaching method in primary Chinese oral teaching.The third chapter is the specific application of "Ternary and multi-level teaching method" in primary Chinese oral teaching classroom.While the fourth chapter suggests the methods of building effective learning classroom,which explain the limitation of "Ternary and multi-level teaching method",and the strategy of building cooperative learning classroom.The last chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the significance,as well as innovation point.The author summarized and improved the "ternary multi-level cooperative teaching method" of cooperative teaching through the one-year Chinese teaching practice in wenzhen girls' high school and industrial high school in Gwangju,South Korea in 2016,and proved its effectiveness,practicality and scientific nature through specific teaching design,case analysis and teachers' and students' feedback.
