Education is the most fundamental cause of the development of the country and the nation.Teachers are the backbone of education forever.The ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities in the new era is the core course of the soul-building education.The teacher of ideological and political theory courses plays an irreplaceable key role in shaping the human soul,shaping a healthy life and shaping a good person.The teacher's morality of the ideological and political theory course shall influence the formation of the college students' correct world outlook,outlook on life and the outlook on value.It also affects the beliefs,emotions,mood and attitude of teachers in the ideological and political theory class.Since the 18 th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has attached great importance to the teachers' team construction of ideological and political theory course,which has further enhanced the overall quality of the ideological and political theory course teachers.The enhancement mainly includes that the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses have become more conscientious and dedicated.They strive for the improvement of proficiency and form a team of ideological and political theory teachers who are credible,respectable,reliable,ambitious,courageous and promising.In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy,a small number of ideological and political theory teachers have faced some problems in the promotion and development of their teachers' morality: inadequate improvement in professional realm insufficient concern and love,and the undesirable teachers' image.Based on the analysis of the objective description of the status quo and cause analysis of the problem,this study attempts to explore the practical path of the teacher's morality improvement in the ideological and political theorycourse of colleges and universities in the new era.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter: Introduction.This chapter mainly reviews and elaborates on the basis and significance of this research and the research status of teachers' morality both at home and abroad,clarifies the ideas and methods of this research,and explains the innovation and shortcomings of this research.The second chapter: an overview of the teachers' morality of the ideological and political theory class.This chapter mainly defines the major basic issues such as the connotation and characteristics of the teacher's morality and the requirements for the teachers' morality in the new era of college ideological and political theory courses.By reviewing Chinese and Western Teacher's Views and Chinese Marxist Teacher's View,it provides a theoretical basis for the study of teachers' morality promotion in colleges and universities in the new era,and further discusses the necessity of promoting the teachers' morality in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities in the new era.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo and cause of the problem of teachers' morality in ideological and political theory courses.Based on the conclusions of questionnaires and case interviews,this chapter finds out the current situation of teachers' morality in college ideological and political theory courses,and focuses on the positive performance and problems of teachers' morality in college ideological and political theory courses through investigation.The causes are analyzed from four aspects,namely,the teachers' own values,teacher's moral education,system of teachers' morality and external environment.The fourth chapter is about the promotion path of teachers' morality in the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities in the new era.On the basis of analyzing the causes of teachers' morality problems in college ideological and political theory courses,this chapter focuses on the practical path of improving the teachers' morality of college ideological andpolitical theory courses in the new era.It mainly focuses on four aspects including enhancing education guidance,strengthening self-cultivation,perfecting system stipulations,and optimizing the moral environment of teachers.
