Ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities are an important and special group of college teachers.They are the propagandists of Marxist theory and the Party's line,principles and policies,the disseminators of socialist ideology and spiritual civilization,and the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students.The physical and mental health level of college ideological and political course teachers is an important cornerstone of their ideological concept,political quality and moral quality.The psychological quality of individual teachers has a direct and profound impact on their teaching level,academic development and personal growth,which is related to the effectiveness of the construction of college ideological and political course teachers and the overall improvement of the effectiveness of college ideological and political course.Therefore,the research on the development of psychological capital of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is a topic with both theoretical significance and practical value.With the arrival of the new era of capital,the concept of psychological capital has attracted more and more attention and research.Psychological capital aims to create people's competitive advantage from the perspective of positive psychology and break through the cognitive mode of " human capital" and " social capital" in traditional management.Previous studies have shown that the effective management and development of psychological capital can enhance the individual's sense of happiness and value at work,thus providing primary impetus for the sustainable growth of the organization and the country.In recent years,the research object of psychological capital has gradually expanded from enterprise employees to teachers.However,the research on the psychological quality of ideological and political course teachers,a special and important group in colleges and universities,is still rare,and the research on the combination of psychological capital and the construction ofideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities is still rare.Based on the existing research results,this paper attempts to explore the current situation and development of psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,and from this perspective,puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,this study draws on the research results of psychological capital related research at home and abroad,combined with the particularity of teachers in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and preliminarily discusses the basic theoretical system of the psychological capital problem of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,trying to determine the colleges and universities.The connotation and measurement structure of the psychology capital of the ideological and political teachers,and trying to construct the mechanism of the psychological capital research of the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.On this basis,the ideological and political teacher in some colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is taken as the research object,and the questionnaire and interview outline are compiled for empirical research.According to the data collected by the survey,the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software for differential analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the text of the collected interview data was analyzed.research shows:1.In the difference analysis,there are significant differences between different demographic variables and the psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers.Among them,the level of psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers with different gender,age,educational background,professional title,length of service in ideological and political theory courses and average class hours in the past two years is different,while the impact of different political features and full-time and part-time jobs on their psychological capital is not significantly different.2.In the correlation analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between social support and the psychological capital of ideological and political teachers.The psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers is significantly negatively correlated with their job burnout.The psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers is significantly positively correlated with their job happiness.The psychological capital of ideological and political course teachers is significantly positively correlated with their work performance.3.In regression analysis,social support has a greater impact on interpersonal capital in the psychological capital of ideological and political teachers.The cognitive capital in the psychological capital of teachers of ideological and political courses has greater influence on their job burnout.The emotional capital in the psychological capital of teachers of ideological and political courses has greater influence on their job happiness.The will capital in the psychological capital of teachers of ideological and political courses has greater influence on their work performance.4.Through qualitative analysis of the interview text,the word frequency analysis chart is obtained.The typical declarative sentences obtained are basically consistent with the content of psychological capital and positive psychological ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.Based on the above theoretical construction and empirical research results,this paper discusses the path of the construction of the ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of psychological capital,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of the ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities from four aspects of improving cognitive capital,developing emotional capital,strengthening will capital and improving interpersonal capital.
