Badminton has become increasingly the preferred sport for more and more children, but children's spare time is very limited for participate in learning badminton. As an entry-level technical action in badminton with a wide range of techniques, which is high-distance ball technology.Because of its many action links, long technical chain and long time of generalization and differentiation,it constitutes a pair of irreconcilable contradictions. In view of this reality,it is extremely necessary to explore a more suitable teaching method for children's badminton training.According to the principles of sports anatomy and teaching practice, combined with the results of this study,we find that the prominent force teaching mode effectively solves the contradiction between time and difficulty in the amateur training of high-distance ball children. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interviews, questionnaire and experiment.Through questionnaires and experiments, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Using traditional teaching for children with good coordination of amateur badminton training, and insisting on about four weeks, the movement technology links are gradually clear,self-correcting ability and accurate control of batting point and racket face are gradually established and improved. But for children with poor coordination of amateur badminton training, children's movements are always vague, this part of the test children will always be unable to successfully complete the self-correction process and accurate control of the batting point and racket face.2.Children with good coordination are taught with outstanding force. They are always clear about the technical links,self-correcting ability and precise control of the batting point and racket face. The whole process from the beginning of the technology to the completion of the final action remains in a very high state. It isprecisely because of the prominent characteristics of force teaching. For children with poor coordination, the ability of self-correction and accurate control of racket face can be established smoothly, which is difficult to achieve in the traditional teaching of children's amateur badminton.3.Using outstanding power to carry out technical teaching, the number of times children swing and bat in unit time when learning badminton is twice that of traditional teaching, which is an important basis for outstanding power teaching effect to be superior to traditional teaching.4.In the aspect of swing speed and batting distance and their relationship, traditional teaching is used for children with good coordination. At the end of the test, when swing speed is dominant, the distance of batting is not far from outstanding power teaching. For children with poor coordination, the experiment fully illustrates that traditional teaching is with outstanding power in swing speed and batting distance. There is a big gap in teaching.5.In terms of training interest, using traditional teaching for children with good coordination, the follow-up interest can be stimulated and improved during the declining period of about 2-4 weeks, while the interest of children can be maintained in a steady upward state with no obvious downward period with the prominent force teaching. For children with poor coordination, traditional teaching shows that children's interest will always show a slow downward trend, while focusing on energetic teaching.Because this part of children's inferiority caused by failure in other projects has been overcome very well at this time, which greatly stimulates children's self-confidence and interest,so this part of children will show in the20-week experimental period. The interest curve is a steady upward trend curve.
