This paper designs a set of practical core strength training methods in the teaching of flower ball cheerleading in public physical education class,and applies it to the teaching and training of flower ball cheerleading so as to improve students' sports quality.In this paper,the research takes exercise teaching class of public physical education in Yunnan Normal University as an example,and lets students carry on the core and the traditional strength training to make a comparison and establish training plan closely around red la-la-la hold public physical education specializing in student's actual situation,the physical features and the movement technical characteristics.Meanwhile,the core of the scientific training methods for teaching training are used to improve the quality of sports in the teaching of public physical education.This study mainly adopts the way of literature review,expert interview method,method of teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and carries out special experiment during public physical education in Yunnan Normal University.And in the research,it can be divided into the experimental classes and comparative classes.Moreover,two classes are trained by different methods: experimental class uses core strength training method while comparative class uses traditional strength training method.In this paper,it supposes the Athletic quality of the two classes is homogeneous.After 18 experimental classes during one semester,it analyzes the related indexes of students' core strength quality required in flower ball cheerleading teaching such as sit-ups,prone to support,core isometric endurance,side support rotation stability test analysis,8 bridge,special technology action,the trunk balance control,arms control,swivel.After comparison and analysis,conclusions can be come out as follows:Firstly,it can be seen the improvement as well as promotion in students' sports quality in two classes from the achievements made by students in the core strength(sit-ups,prone to support,core isometric endurance,side support rotation stability,8abdominal bridge)by making a comparison with their previous record;Secondly,it can be found that the upper limb control force and the power transmission in the core area of two classes have been improved to different degrees with significant differences by comparing and analyzing the data of the two groups of indicators after the core strength training and traditional strength training for students of the two classes,Thirdly,it can be found that the core stability quality training effect of the experimental class is better than that of the comparative class through the comparative analysis of the two groups of index data after the experiment in the two classes,the students in the experimental class and the control class have made certain progress and improvement in the degree of movement completion,trunk control and arm control before and after the training.Fourthly,according to the comparison results of the test index data of the experimental class and the control class,the experimental class was better than the control class in the training effect of the body turning technique based on the data of the two groups of indicators after the core strength training and the traditional strength training for the students of the two classes were compared and analyzed.Fifthly,based on the data of the two groups' indicators after core strength training and traditional strength training between the two classes,it can be found that the quality training effect of lateral horizontal support rotation stability in the experimental class was better than that in the comparative class in the improvement of arm control technology and trunk control.
