Exercise is a lifelong affair.The first layer of the human sports skill development pyramid is the joint function and core control.If the joint function is limited,the joint movement cannot be completed,and then the other joints perform compensatory movements,and the joints remain wrong for a long time.Movements in motion form sports injuries.Childhood learning ability and imitation ability are strong,and the movements have not been completely finalized.When children athletes are exercising,it is easy for children to have some wrong movement patterns during training due to their own reasons and inadequate coach supervision.Therefore,when children are exposed to badminton,they require correct guidance of their movements at this stage so that they can form a correct movement pattern and lay a solid foundation for learning sports skills and tactics in the future.To this end,this article aims to study the effect of functional training on children's badminton forehand and high ball movement pattern training.In this paper,literature method,test method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method are used for research,mainly experimental method.Twelve students from the Chengdu Aiyu Lesson Club were used as the experimental control group,and twelve students from the Bengue Club were used as the experimental group.After the two groups of subjects passed the pre-experiment functional screening and physical fitness test,the control group Conduct traditional physical training,the experimental group conducts eight-week functional training,and conducts FMS test,standing long jump,sit-ups,rope skipping,four-point running,20m×5 and badminton throw test before and after the experiment To get a series of data.Follow up,monitor the entire experiment process and analyze the data to draw the following conclusions and recommendations:1.Functional training can effectively improve the body function of the subjects.After eight weeks of functional training on the subjects in the experimental group,the functional action screening test was conducted again and it was found that the post-test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and partly higher than the pre-test test;the control group The paired sample T test showed that the score did not improve significantly,indicating that functional training can effectively improve the body's basic athletic ability.When arranging training,it is also necessary to follow the objective laws of athletes' physical development and not to do physical training contrary to physical development.2.Adding functional training to badminton physical training has significantly improved the forehand high ball technology.Compared with the experimental group,the physical coordination,explosive power,pace,and flying distance of the high-range ball before and after the attack were significantly improved.Compared with the traditional training group,the experimental group had more coherent movements and more powerful shots.3.Functional training can help children effectively improve their physical fitness while avoiding sports injuries.Through the physical fitness test score after training,it is found that the training effect of the experimental group is more obvious than that of the control group.This is because the experimental group can improve the training effect under scientific and correctly guided training,mainly reflected in the grasp of rhythm,Enhanced core strength and explosive power,improved sensitivity,etc.However,the amount of functional training is relatively small,and an appropriate amount of low-intensity strength training can be added to the training.
