The athletes of the Beijing Sports University swimming team conducted a dietary nutrition survey during the anaerobic monthly training cycle to explore the dietary nutrition status of the school swimming team athletes. From a practical point of view, using the literature review method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, the five research methods randomly divided the athletes into the intervention group and the control group, during the four-week period, the intervention group Nutritional knowledge education and dietary intervention were carried out.The control group received nutrient intake according to their own preferences. Then, the questionnaires, dietary weighing and blood sampling were used to monitor the swimming conditions of swimming team members in all aspects. The purpose is to analyze the KAP indicators under the current situation of athletes and related factors affecting KAP indicators, and to provide relevant nutrition guidance for their deficiencies, improve the nutritional awareness of school team athletes, find a nutrition plan suitable for them, and guarantee training.Work properly. This paper analyzes the dietary nutrition KAP and blood biochemical indicators of the athletes of the Beijing Sports University swimming pool, and intervenes after understanding, hopes to obtain some required nutritional parameters, and gives dietary supplements to the college swimming team athletes. There must be constructive suggestions to help college swimmers improve their nutritional support.Research conclusions: 1.The KAP Nutrition Survey found that the school swimming team athletes have weak nutritional knowledge and basic information about basic nutrients.Nutritional behavior is more autonomy, and more dietary intake according to their own preferences, ignoring the nutritional mix.Nutritional attitudes are relatively good, and most athletes are willing to accept and understand nutrition to make changes to their dietary structure. In the early, middle and late nutrition ratio, the nutrient ratio is unbalanced, and the energy intake in dinner is excessive. On the whole, athletes consume too much total energy in daily dietary intake, and othernutrients are not widely consumed. The main reason for this phenomenon is that athletes have insufficient dietary intake, and there are fewer meals and less food. The situation has led to insufficient energy supply, which indirectly leads to a general lack of vitamin intake.2.During the intervention period, the intervention group's understanding of nutrition knowledge has made great progress and enhanced the scientific understanding of dietary nutrition. In terms of nutritional behavior, the number of athletes in the intervention group has also improved a lot in the choice of dietary nutrition, but there is still room for improvement. In terms of nutritional attitudes, the intervention group athletes also recognized the importance of dietary nutrition for safeguard training.3.During the intervention period, the proportion of the early, middle and late calorie intake of the intervention group tends to the recommended standard value, the total energy and the three major nutrients also tend to recommend the standard value, and the vitamin content also increases, indicating the intervention group during the intervention period. The effect of the athlete's intervention is effective.4.During the intervention period, the athletes in the intervention group had better blood urea index decline than the control group athletes, indicating that the recovery performance of the intervention group athletes was relatively faster.
