Investigation And Study On The Influencing Factors Of Competitive Swimming Development In Bangladesh

This thesis takes the influencing factors of the development of competitive swimming in Bangladesh as the research object.Through the field investigation method,literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,it affects the competitive swimming movement in Bangladesh.The macro-level influencing factors of development,the influential factors at the meso level and the influencing factors at the micro level are discussed.The path,mode and method of swimming talent training in China and other swimming powers are used to find the shortcomings of the development of competitive swimming in Bangladesh.The development of competitive swimming presents its own insights.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:As a form of human culture,sports must be restricted by the geographical environment,institutional mechanism,religious folklore,and development level of this country.To understand this law,it must be placed in the development history of this country.In the long river,the perspectives of macro,meso and micro are used to see the various reasons.From a macro perspective,the peaceful and macroeconomic environment of Bangladesh's independence and nation-building for nearly 70 years is conducive to the development of various cultures and sports,and competitive swimming has also benefited from it.Suitable for the geographical environment of swimming,extensive swimming,and relatively restrictive restrictions on women,all promote the development and improvement of competitive swimming,but economic development is the main influencing factor at the macro level.From the perspective of the middle level,the management model of theBangladesh government,the degree of national attention,the investment and use of funds,and the training of the talent team are gradually improving.However,it is limited to the level of national economic development and cannot be evenly invested in all sports.Bangladesh should learn from China's successful and efficient model,focus on limited funds,use favorable conditions,and reform and innovate in the management mechanism and mode,especially the construction of the coaching team.It is the most important factor in promoting the development of competitive swimming at the meso level.At the micro level,the figures and curves in the various statistical charts show that the situation at the micro level in Bangladesh is changing rapidly,but swimming is still a weak sport in Bangladesh.Nowadays,the facilities of the swimming pools have increased,the exchanges with foreign countries have increased,the external coaches have achieved initial results,and the training concept has changed and improved.Let us see the momentum of the rapid development of Bangladeshi swimming.The evaluation of the weight of experts at the micro level also illustrates this point.With the steady development of the country and the improvement of the micro level,the development and improvement of competitive swimming in Bangladesh will come sooner.
