In the recent 20 years, it has been developing very fast China's winter swimmers are now more than 300,000, and more than 140 associations throughout the whole country. Heilongjiang Province is the one of birthplace of winter swimming, and winter swimming in Heilongjiang Province has been called "authentic" winter swimming. After 20 years of development, Winter Swimmers in Heilongjiang Province have reached to 4,000 people, and the management and the organization of winter swimming gradually become standardized.Based on the interview with Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau, Winter Swimming Association, Winter Swimming enthusiasts, meeting and a survey, this thesis tries to find out the current situation and influencing factors about development in Heilongjiang Province Winter Swimming.
