Competitive Swimming's Actualities And Influencing Factors Appraisal Of Hebei Province

Competitive swimming is a sport of modern Olympic Games,one major foundation,all countries attach great importance to its development,our country is no exception.Through substantial literature survey and found that our country is currently on the development of competitive swimming and influencing factors,most of them concentrated in the macro study, rarely have scholars of the various provinces and municipalities to conduct a comprehensive development of swimming exercise,a thorough study.In this paper,the director of Hebei Province Leaders at all levels of sports schools,athletes,coaches for the study using the literature,the survey method,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,such as research methods,from the competitive sports of sustainable development perspective,a comprehensive Competitive analysis of Hebei Province,the development of swimming exercise to identify the impact of competitive swimming in Hebei Province Sports development and why.The results show that:In recent years,Hebei Province,competitive sports and domestic swimming swimming the gap between the province is gradually widening in the country belong to the middle class,and there is downward trend;various prefectures and cities in different competitive level,development imbalances;facilities cause a lack of reserve forces less students;the majority of amateur sports school funding shortages,inadequate training facilities;coaches proportion Title not reasonable,the small number of outstanding coaches, research capacity is weak,coaches scientific training the degree is not high,a single training methods,backward;athletes for swimming training not enough awareness,attitude is not correct,not enough hard training,coaches ignored the idea of athletes education;selection mechanism not enough reasonable;athletes retired security issues to be resolved;Hebei Swimming exercise is not high level of society,government,the leadership of the extent of not enough attention and support.Recommendations:the relevant government departments to strengthen the degree of importance attached to swimming,training aids to improve facilities,increase the number of swimming pool set up to "fitness" as the basis,to increase awareness of the value of swimming exercise to increase the swimming population.To promote the popularity of swimming exercise,swimming in our province improve the level of socialization;many fun games,swimming undertaken to strengthen the amateur sports schools and professional contact between teams,many organized by teenagers swimming training,strengthening the training of reserve forces;greater emphasis on coaching Members of job training and continuing education efforts,and enhance the research capability of the coaches,innovation, and gradually develop the exchange of research and study the atmosphere;many of the athletes should be thought of education,they are engaged in swimming exercise correct attitude in a positive mindset swimming training;vigorously strengthen the work of scientific material,and set up a scientific selection mechanism,and has gradually formed the scientific selection of the network system;Hebei swimming sports management want the focus to gradually improve the management system,the scientific concept ofdevelopment in order to formulate a reasonable competitive swim teach sport development strategies,enhance management efficiency,so as to promote competitive swimming in our province the rapid development of sports.
