In the pre-competition training carried out in the process, how to master the optimum training load, is each coaches need to face the important issue. This paper focuses on the study of model with2-4-2model, by tracking the parts of our world class female short distance Freestyle Swimmer in major international competitions before the start of training before match, analysis of different training load arrangement and features of pre-competition training load arrangement, evaluation of the effect of total nodes, our world-class female short distance freestyle athletes in pre-competition training load control experience.Through the research, this paper gets the following conclusions:1. China world-class female short distance Freestyle Swimmer international major competition training has a typical characteristic, is the tendency for high altitude training load regulation will be divided into different stages, training load should be different according to the stage of training scientific arrangement.2. Week7-8is a plateau before adaptation, with a moderate intensity aerobic training load, eighth weeks before the3days gradually increasing load,3days after appropriate adjustments; Seventh weeks Jialiang strengthening degrees, in aggrandizement V02max intensity training on the basis of appropriate, increased tolerance to acid intensity intensity anaerobic training.3. Week3-6is during the altitude training, sixth weeks to the quantity of the training does not require strength, fifth weeks continuously increasing load and make the pregame peak, fourth weeks continuously increasing load intensity and achieves the pre-competition training peak, at third weeks and strength is lower.4. Week1-2is a plateau after Pro tournament adjustment stage, regardless of load or load intensity are at a lower level. second Seventh weeks to tone primarily, is the basic of adaptation and adjustment; first weeks reduced strength reduction, simulated race distance segmented training intensity, with low intensity aerobic training.5. Scientific and reasonable arrangement of load is one of the basic conditions of pre-competition training success, not only active organism’s physiological function, but also improve the athletes’ psychological stability, so as to improve performance.Suggests that in the future studies, to further improve the pre-competition training load arrangement theory research, promoting the training experience to theory transformation, at the same time according to the related physiological index related to athletes under different loads in physiological function of comprehensive evaluation, and further scientific psychological evaluation index.
